D.E.I (Dayalbagh Educational Institute) is very famous for its rules and regulations. Ragging in D.E.I. is strictly prohibited and if students are seen doing so they will be rusticated. Studying in this college is very affordable and the standards of teaching are great. The students should be in proper uniform and discipline. College keeps students so busy that they don't get time to do anything else. There is DHA (Daily Home Assignment) and CA (Class Assignment) system which is, I think is not so good for the students. The attendance in this college is mandatory and it has a proper distribution in academic marks. Every teacher takes separate attendance in their classes.

The motive for enrolling in this program is to be trained in education field so that I can become a passionate and truthful teacher. I have heard about this college that B.Ed. program of this college is also very hard working. In first year I experienced that they give many assignments and tasks to do. Eligibility for B.Ed is graduation in any stream with at least 55% marks. There is an entry test and interview for admission in this course. You can also get admission by passing CUET exam in this course.

Almost all the faculty members are polite and supportive. They all are from decent background and some of the teachers have studied from D.E.I itself that's why they are dedicated to teach students of their own college. They all have almost 8-10 years experience of teaching and some of them have more than 15 years of experience. Some teachers teach in interesting manner but some of them do not.

Some faculties have placement cell but my faculty does not have placement cell. But I get to know from my friends that placements are average in other faculties as well. Students can get 4-5 LPA jobs easily but if you want to get package of more than 10 LPA then you have to go for off campus placements.

I am a day scholar but I am familiar with some hosteller. I can tell that hostels are quite good. Fee is very low and mess food is healthy and tasty. But they don't allow keeping Smartphone in hostel. This is very problematic for students.

Infrastructure is decent but it can be improved. Classrooms are not so spacious. Number of classrooms is less in comparison to number of students. Two students share same bench. Sometimes when strength of class is high then three students have to share same bench. It's quite uncomfortable for students. Newly made buildings in campus have better infrastructure.

My campus Life is always surrounding around assignments and tests. There are no clubs. Fest are also not organised in my college. Some workshops are held in this college like hackathon. Many inter and intra faculty competition are held for different fields related to games, photography, singing, slogan writing, etc.
