"BHU" Banaras Hindu University is one of the oldest universities in India which is located in Varanasi. This University was formed in 1916. The founder of the University was Madan Mohan Malviya. BHU is one of the top among all the central universities. BHU has two campuses, the first one is situated in Varanasi and 2nd campus "Rajiv Gandhi South campus" is situated in Mirzapur city. BHU has the large and beautiful campus that made it more beautiful than other universities. Its infrastructure is best. Here we can explore so many things and there are so many learning opportunities. BHU has larger number of departments with excellent faculty members that offers undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. This University has history of best academic performance and research. Most special thing about BHU is that it is Asia's largest residential university. BHU has the minimum fees among most of the top colleges. The overall review of BHU is good.

Banaras Hindu University has recognition from UGC and got "A" grade by NAAC. As per NIRF Ranking 2023 BHU ranked 5th rank among other top universities in India BHU has. It offers excellent academics and learning resources. The university has a good research and culture. BHU has over 1000 classrooms, which are well equipped with modern teaching aids.

Faculties are very well renowned and well educated, in their own field. Faculties are experienced and they all come from top universities. Faculties do not overload study on students. They taught us in balanced way so that we get time for extracurricular activities. Faculties not only teach students about their academics, but also mentor for their career.

To be honest, from my perspective on-campus placement is not as good as I thought before taking admission in college. There is good placement of IIT and MBA students. But there are some faculties such as B.A where hardly few students got placed. So, I think placement should become better.

Residential facilities are superb. There is no other university which have that large residential facilities as BHU have. It has good number of hostels for both boys and girls. It has proper Wi-Fi connection and cyber Library. It also includes good mess facility also.

BHU has decent infrastructure, classroom are maintained, good Wi-Fi facility, great library, etc. There is one of the largest libraries BHU have. There is also a cyber Library in my campus which is RGSC BHU. The infrastructure of BHU is one of the biggest strength and highlights of the University. The infrastructure of BHU is constantly being updated and upgraded time to time.

The university campus is great; there is so much greenery in the campus. BHU campus includes " Vishwanath Temple" inside its campus. There is a stadium for playing, cafeteria where students having snacks, and health centre for all medical facilities. BHU campus is so big.
