All About IIIT Allahabad

Overall Rating
First of all, I'm happy that I'm sharing my review on IIIT Allahabad on this portal. I chose this institute because it has the best coding culture and placements. It has a large alumni network. If anyone wants to take admission on the basis of its coding culture and placements, they are choosing the best institute.
 

Academics Rating
Here, you can apply for B.Tech, M.Tech, Ph.Ds and MBA. I'm pursuing B.Tech so I'll tell you about admission in B.Tech. You have to pass JEE Mains with 99 percentile or more to be able to get enrolled here.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty members in IIIT Allahabad are the best researchers in the world. Their background is quite impressive. They are very intelligent but don't teach us quite well. Their style of teaching is not so good.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, we have a very good placement cell. They really help the students to acquire jobs and they teach them about interviews.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, we have hostels. The hostel for freshers, BH5 is very good. BH5’s mess is the best mess of IIIT Allahabad. The other hostel buildings are not very good. But the hostels have very good washing machines.
 

Infrastructure Rating
There are 3 academic blocks named as CC1, CC2 and CC3. Our all academic activities happen in CC3. There is a library, main auditorium, and a good playground. This institute has SAC and Nescafe in its campus. The structure of the buildings is pentagonal and it looks quite beautiful.
 

Campus Rating
If I talk about the campus life, it is not so good. Their academic schedule is quite hectic. We face very tough competition among ourselves. This institute has clubs like Nirmiti, Virtuosi and many more that we can engage ourselves in. But due to our tight schedules we have less time to engage in such activities.

    My overall experience at IIIT Allahabad is decent as the campus life here is average but the placements are excellent. Mess food is satisfactory and overall the Institute is good. The coding culture here is very good as all the students are coding on various good platforms. There are some hackathons organised along with some events and fest.     The IIIT Allahabad is good. People can join this Institute if they are research focused. The campus is big and the facilities provided for the students in classrooms and inside the hostel are perfect. Although the curriculum may feel hectic, staying consistent is the key.     IIIT Allahabad is one of the best and elite Institutions you can get through JEE Main exams. The campus life, fests, food, and location are satisfactory but placements are really good.
