Overall Rating
Overall, the Indian Institute of Information Technology Prayagraj is very good. It provides a better surrounding to learn new things that are relevant to the IT industry. Admission into this Institute is the best decision according to its rank and placements. The curriculum of the Institute is well-structured and teaches things that would help students succeed in the IT industry. The campus life is decent.
 

Academics Rating
All industry related streams like Data Structures & Algorithms, Web Development, Cyber Security, and so on are included in the course curriculum structure. Academic-wise, it is definitely one of the best Institutions. The seniors provide their juniors with all necessary things that are required to study like notes, PYQs, and everything important. So you don't have to worry about academics and can get a good CGPA.
The course fee for the General category is higher than the other categories. For students from the SC/ST category, the tuition fee is free and only the Hostel and Mess charges are applied.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty at IIIT Allahabad is well-educated and experienced. They are helpful in clearing the doubts of students however, self-study is the key here for scoring higher marks. The expectations regarding the faculty are high since, it is one the best Institutions in India.
 

Placement Rating
Placements of my Institution are handled by Placement Division. It was also one of the reasons to choose this one as the record is consistent.
 

Infrastructure Rating
There are many buildings in Indian Institute of Information Technology Prayagraj campus. I like the fact that academic blocks fully air-conditioned. If you want to read, you don't need to purchase any books as the Library provides you with books for all the semesters. Auditorium is also decent. Moreover, there is a Hospital with a Medical Store. The campus has ample space for Sports as well.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life is average. There are many Clubs including Dancing, Singing, Acting, Filming, Editing, and Photography. Annual fest ‘Effervescence’ is of 3 days including various events organised by the seniors. Moreover, there are Tech and Sports fests as well. The seniors try to make your campus life good with various events across the years. However, this Institute is very study oriented so don't expect a very fun campus life.

    The IIIT Allahabad is good. People can join this Institute if they are research focused.     Overall, my experience has been good so far. The academic schedule is very hectic. Every week, quizzes are conducted by professor. Then there are mid sem exams and then at last, there are end sem exams. Students are engaged in the studies for more of the time in the campus.
