Life at AKGEC

Overall Rating
AKGEC is affiliated with AKTU University so the syllabus of the B.Tech course here is not tough. It has the biggest campus of about 40 acres and the greenery here is outstanding.
 

Academics Rating
I am doing B.Tech. You will not feel burdened with the syllabus as its easy but do not depend on college for skills they just focus to complete their syllabus and the rest you have to do all by yourself.
 

Faculty Rating
Some of the teachers are so good that they always help no matter what the time is, but some are so arrogant. One interesting thing here at AKGEC is that we don't say good morning to greet our teachers or seniors instead we say Jay Hind.
 

Placement Rating
Placements here are not outstanding but decent as it invites more then 700+ companies for placement and now it’s on your own skill to grab the job.
 

Hostel Rating
I am a day scholar, so I don't know much about hostel.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Infrastructure is too good, but the only drawback is there is no AC in classes. The facilities of AC are only available in labs, offices, and library. But from July 2024, they have started placing the AC in classes. Labs are good to perform the experiment the only thing may disappoint you is the generation of pc they are still using.
 

Campus Rating
The campus life is above average. You won't feel disappointed here. The crowd is so good and there is no chance of ragging but there will be no fest only a freshers party and a farewell party is being organized by the college. There are many cultural clubs that compete with IITs. So, if you are the part of the club then you will get chance to go to IITs, NITs, and BITs for competition. It has many sports clubs also.

    Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College is currently No.3 college in UP with grading of NAAC++ (only college in UP with this gradation). Here, the faculty are very polite and teach us at his /her best level. Regular test and guidance are also provided from them.     Currently I am studying at AKGEC Ghaziabad. The classes are held regularly and the teachers are also helpful. In the first year, odd Saturdays are off for the students. From the second year onwards, the students have to come only 5 days a weak. The campus is not that big. The students are required to maintain 75% of attendance to sit in the exams....
