The college from the outside looks good, the building is also good but they are not well-maintained. It can be seen from the condition of the classrooms that how the building is dilapidating. The canteen is small and gets crowded in the lunchtime. The college has a very small area located for sports activities resulting in very few sports being played there. The sports complex is good for badminton and other indoor sports. Classes are also very fine, they are well equipped with smart class equipment and the campus is fully air conditioned, it helps a lot in summers when the sun is at all time high. There are tons of societies and clubs to boost your resume.

The academics of the college are good like really good. It offers a bunch of courses and I am currently enrolled in B.Com (Honors). It is the best course provided by the college and attracts the most crowds here. The entry for this course is via CUET UG entrance exam, and you need a good score of at least 650 out of 800 to get enrolled in this course with mandatory requirement of having Accountancy and Business Studies as mandatory subjects in your 10+2. Since I was a Commerce student and achieved good marks in CUET, I was thrilled to join this course because after BBA (which required math), this was the best course available. DU has a good reputation and I always wanted to study in one of their colleges so once I got the chance I picked up the course and started my college life in DDUC.

The faculty of the college is very good and the teachers are highly qualified and well trained and punctual. They'll help you with your doubts and queries. There are tutorial classes assigned in our timetable for these doubt sessions. Most of the teachers are good, friendly and teaches well. Though the teachers here are very strict when it comes to giving attendance and marks.

Yes, we do have a placement cell and they are quite active. It helps the students in getting internships and placements in various companies including the big 4's. The average package her at DDUC is 7 LPA and the highest is 21.5 LPA. The placement rate here is 38.2% which has lot of scope for improvement in the future. The placement cell here organizes internship fair every summer to help the students get placed and internships. They also call companies from time to time for placement through our college.

The hostel of DDUC is of top tier with amenities like double sharing rooms and students having their separate personal washroom in every room sound surreal. Every room in the hostel is also air-conditioned and well-maintained. We have washing machines for laundry. We have separate hostels for boys and girls and are strict towards any misbehavior. Though there are complaints of bad mess food at the hostel but it's just a tender issue and should be fixed.

The classes of the institute are good and the seating arrangements are top notch and every class is centrally air-conditioned. The toilets are well cleaned but there are water issues sometimes. The auditorium of the college is very good and most of the activities take place in there. However, the overall infrastructure of the college needs some maintenance and renovation.

There are a lot of clubs in the college. Being away from main DU campus, not many events take place here. But the college fest happens for 3 days particularly in the month of March which is quite average. In the recent fest, Akhil Sachdeva was invited.
