Overall Rating
Choosing NITJ was one of the most important decisions of my academic career, and I can confidently say it has been a fulfilling experience. The College reputation as one of the top engineering colleges in India, coupled with its diverse academic environment, and vibrant student life, made it a compelling choice for me.
 

Academics Rating
The education here goes beyond just textbooks. NITJ emphasizes a practical approach to learning, with well-equipped labs and regular industry interactions. Professors are approachable. The various projects, internships and technical fest helped me gain real world exposure and sharpen my problem solving skills.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty at NITJ comprises highly qualified professionals with expertise in their respective fields. Many Professors hold Ph.D and have years of teaching and research experience, often contributing to national and international journals. Their industry exposure and academic backgrounds ensure that students receive a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical insights.
 

Placement Rating
NIT Jalandhar constantly maintains an impressive placement record across various branches with students securing roles in top companies. The training and placements is very good in our college. Our college placement is regularly increased day by day.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Our College infrastructure is very good. There is a department for every branch like my branch is mechanical and we have mechanical department in our campus. Also every department includes fully air conditioned classes for the students. We have grounds for football, cricket, and volleyball and also a badminton court is present in the campus. A library and a book shop are also present in the campus.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life in NITJ is very good because environment is very good around us. Our campus is very clean. In every department there are more than 10 trees for the environment.

    NITJ is a very good institute, and it got 46th ranking in NIR. It has a lush green campus with an area of 155 acres. The institute has very good placement and internship opportunities.     Overall Rating
    This was the best institute and branch according to my JEE score. As it is a central government institute, it provides a vast range of placement opportunities and internships. The campus is decent with a lot of greenery. For first year students, the curriculum is very tight and hostel timings are very strict. Hostels are very good and provide all the necessary amenities.     Earlier, I was not about to take admission here but as the situations changed after my JEE Mains result, this institute was offering me the best I could get based on my rank, Information Technology. I searched about this institute and got mixed reviews. Somehow I finally decided to take admission here.
