Yes, hostel 1 is for the first year students and you need to share it with one more students. Means basically it's double sharing room. There are 3 boys hostels for the first year students with double, triple, and quadruples (mostly) accommodations, 2nd and 3rd year students get 3 mega boys hostels with 2 accommodations, 4th year have 2-3 hostels with single accommodation. For Ph.D and M.Tech students there are different sets of hostels. For girls there are quality flat type hostels too. Even more hostels are getting built by the college. The hostel life here is so good. You get to meet with friends from different states carrying different cultures and styles of living. You get to know of several things and a fact that most students improve their dressing and looking sense living at the hostels. The facilities provided are sufficient for a hosteller to live peacefully. Every hostel is provided with a mess, a TV room, a sports ground, and an indoor games corner. Hostel infrastructure is quite good and one more mega boy’s hostel is also on its process of construction. First year students are provided with different hostel to prevent their raging. For one semester hostel fees is about 25000 and mess fees is also included in this. In one room two students are staying and they are provided with one study table and chair. The staff of hostel is quite helpful and supportive. Inter hostel events are held on regular basis which is enough to break boring routines of college.Read Full Review
