My Thoughts over Loyola College, Chennai

Overall Rating
You can expect best placements from this college as it has a very good name outside. Its performance is also in the top 10 Arts and Science Colleges of India, which has been consistent for years. It is the best college for B.Com. You not only get exposure in academics but also get to participate in a lot of cultural events, helping you grow overall as a person.
 

Academics Rating
Easily the best college for academic. It has foreign exchange programs as well, which makes it different from other colleges in or outside Chennai. The syllabus is highly educational and flexible. We students have the ability to add any subject that would help us be updates in the domain we select.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculty is understanding and easy to approach. They don't have any problems with student and always urge students to do more. They also believe that there is something to learn from everyone.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, we have a placements cell which functions really well and provides an average package of 12 LPA. We also get internship opportunities from the big four companies.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Infrastructure is just top notch. We have everything here from AC classrooms to lifts and a very good library. We also have plenty of auditoriums where we are free to conduct any event. These buildings also have a historic importance as some are 100 years old and standing.
 

Campus Rating
A campus life in Loyola is very happening. You get to meet different kind of people from different background. It is a great place to develop networks. We have an inter-department fest called the ‘Ovations’ which happens in a very large scale. This event also involves inviting various celebrities to honor the event. There and number clubs as well.
