My Experience in DCRUST Murthal

Overall Rating
DCRUST Murthal is very good government university in Haryana. It stands at 2nd position in Haryana in category of government Engineering universities only in Haryana. I have chosen this university because it is government university and for preparing got jobs this university is best because you will get sufficient time for preparation
 

Academics Rating
This is a university and also gets NAAC accreditation. This university has various under graduate programs like B.Tech, BBA, and many more. Let’s talk about B.Tech. In B.Tech, it has various core branches for e.g. CSE, ECE, EE, ME, Civil, Chemical, and Biotechnology. You can only get admission through HSTES. First, you have to appear in JEE Mains exam then on the basis of All India rank you, will get the university through HSTES.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculty of the university is nice and all professors are highly qualified. Nature of the staff is very good and supportive. In case of attendance, they are very strict. Teaching style is average. Many professors are very friendly in nature.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, university has placement cell. You have to achieve 8.5 CGPA to get placement through placement cell. Highest package was to the student of Electronics and Communication branch of 67 LPA in 2021.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostel facility is provided in the campus. It has four boy’s hostel and three girl’s hostel. Hostel in fracture is little bit old but girl’s hostels are new. Here you get washing bay where washing machines are provided by the hostel. Mess food quality is normal.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Infrastructure is normal. You won't get any problem in classroom as they all have AC and other basic amenities. For every course, different blocks and buildings are allotted. It also have auditorium and also a well equipped library where you can get books, e-books and video lecture also.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life of the university is good. You will see huge crowd in the campus. It has various clubs like for music: Goonj & Lafzz and for dance: RPG & NPG which go to perform in to IITs.

    The best thing I like about this University is it is located at a prime location which is very suitable for students. I chose this University over other Universities because of its placements. My experience in this University till now is great and the faculty members are also good & supportive. I would recommend others to take admission in this University if you want a good campus life....     I have joined DCRUST Murthal Sonipat, 2 years ago and I would say that the overall experience of mine at this University has been above average. The faculty and resources provided to students are great. The student crowd at the University is also very nice. One thing that I would like you all to note is that the attendance criterion is really strict here. So, students who face difficulty with consistency will have to mould themselves in this aspect....   • The college can be considered for admission for top 2 branches ( cse and ece)

    I have taken admission in this college by HSETES counseling last year. This college suits my personality as it provides me ample of time to discover the new discoveries. There is no strict attendance criteria for my branch and additionally there are various public holidays and weekends. This makes this college a place for the student who wants to take preparation of different government examinations.
