What Every Student Should Know About DCRUST Sonipat?

Overall Rating
The overall experience in DCRUST Sonipat till now is nice. My course is quite challenging and interesting. The University has really big campus and it is located in the Murthal village. The University is great in all aspects.
 

Academics Rating
I am pursuing B.Tech in ECE which is quite a good course. In this field various opportunities are available. Also, students from this course can also make their career in the software industries. The students can get admission by appearing in the HSTES counseling. For this branch, the students have to score less than 250000 rank in JEE Main. The University conducts exams at the end of each semester. You will get to learn about so many things which will help you to gain real life experiences in both academics and
real life.
The fee of my course is Rs. 65,000/- for the first year. The fee of the odd semester is greater than the fee of even semester. The students who belong to SC/ST category will get discount. The scholarship is also provided by the Government and you can apply for it in the first year.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty members of this University are quite knowledgeable. Some of them teachers teach in a fun way whereas some of the professors are very strict for attendance, punctuality and studies. The faculty members clear our doubts in a polite way and repeat the concept again and again for the students. Some of the professors have the quality to inspire others.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, the DCRUST Sonipat has a Training and Placement cell. The members of TPC are the students. Some of the professors who guide the students and share their experience with them. The cell also conducts various seminars and expert talks regarding placements. Some of the companies that visit the campus are Veersa, Infosys, etc.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, the University provides hostel facilities to the students. There are separate hostel for girls and boys. It also has mess facilities and the quality of the food is average. The mess provides 3 meals a day. The female students have to enter the hostel premises before 7:00 PM in summers and before 6:30 PM in winters. Overall, my experience in the hostel is good.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The campus of DCRUST Sonipat is huge. The campus has academic blocks, admin block, library, auditorium, etc. The size of the classroom is good and it can accommodate around 70 students at a time. The library is huge and it is the main attraction of the University’s campus. The University also has seminar halls, conference halls, canteens, medical facilities, etc. The campus also has sports grounds for different games like Basketball, Cricket, Football, etc.
 

Campus Rating
The overall campus life is good and interesting till now. The University has various societies which helps students in their overall development. The University also organises fest and events. Such as 'Rhythm' which is an annual fest. The societies also organise events such as Inception, Goonj, etc. The campus life is full of fun, excitement, and challenges.

    The best thing I like about this University is it is located at a prime location which is very suitable for students. I chose this University over other Universities because of its placements. My experience in this University till now is great and the faculty members are also good & supportive. I would recommend others to take admission in this University if you want a good campus life....     I have joined DCRUST Murthal Sonipat, 2 years ago and I would say that the overall experience of mine at this University has been above average. The faculty and resources provided to students are great. The student crowd at the University is also very nice. One thing that I would like you all to note is that the attendance criterion is really strict here. So, students who face difficulty with consistency will have to mould themselves in this aspect....     I have taken admission in this college by HSETES counseling last year. This college suits my personality as it provides me ample of time to discover the new discoveries. There is no strict attendance criteria for my branch and additionally there are various public holidays and weekends. This makes this college a place for the student who wants to take preparation of different government examinations.
