My Journey in J.C. Bose University of Science and Technology, YMCA

Overall Rating
I was a student of J.C. Bose University of Science and Technology, YMCA. It's one of the best government universities that I have ever visited. The hostels were much better than other universities and in very affordable fees. I heard that it's the second best university in Haryana, now I'm getting why it is. Its infrastructure is also very good. It has all the courses within its campus. It has all kind of facilities whether it is academics or security facility, YMCA don't compromise with any of the facilities.
 

Academics Rating
If we talk about academics then I think you are reading about a very right university. It is known for its academics. Here Computer Engineering has one of the best faculty, best labs and classes for the students. It also provides outstanding faculty with great experience. It also provides you a library with all necessary books and a reading area with ac and proper seating.
 

Faculty Rating
The university provides you an outstanding and a very experienced faculty which helps us to improve your skills and boost your confidence for future opportunities. They try to build a positive environment for students. Computer department faculty has proper degree or certificate in Coding so that they can teach you properly and clear your every single doubt.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, YMCA does have a placement cell, named ‘Udaan’. It is really helpful for the students to acquire jobs. It also tries to bring better opportunities for the students.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostels are very nice with very affordable fee.
 

Infrastructure Rating
It is very important to have a good infrastructure for a university, and YMCA will provide you that. Its infrastructure will help you a lot because it has focusing labs, well furnished classrooms, etc. As in Computer Engineering department, most important thing is coding, so YMCA provides you proper labs with proper air ventilation and good working computers.
 

Campus Rating
University life here is pretty good. YMCA has different clubs for every kind of activity for example Dance, Sports, Yoga, Robotics, Coding, Drama, Singing and many more. These clubs regularly conduct amazing activities and events. Here, every festival is celebrated with joy. Many events like Ethics Day, Garba celebration, Holi, etc.

    The university and placements are good as compare to other state universities. There are active clubs and societies where you can interact and network with others.     My overall experience of this institution is so nice. It is not so far from my home. Its only takes 20 to 25 minutes to reach there and the reason why I choose this institution because it is semi government institution and the degree they provide has more value than any other private institutions.
