JIMS Rohini Sector-3 is a good college for students who could not perform well in school. You just have to clear the entrance and you are good to go. Being a part of this college was a great experience. This college has given me a lot in terms of success, social life and confidence. I was a very average student in my school, but after coming to this college I got to know what I exactly want to do in life. Jims is affiliated with Hisar University. You have to give one entrance and GD to enter this college. To be honest, students are not much into studies in this college, but you cannot blame the college and teachers for that. People who have studied there know the truth. Teachers are very hardworking towards students. Overall the college is great if you are looking for the private one.

I opted for Bachelors’ in Mass Communication. Eligibility criteria to give entrance are 12th pass and you just have to give one entrance exam. I opted for this course because I always wanted to do something glamorous. This course always attracted me and it has helped me too. I can see a change in my personality after opting for this course. Jims gave a good exposure to all the courses. BMC is very helpful to get jobs. You can apply in media agencies, modeling agencies, content writers, digital marketing agencies and many more. Nowadays, there is a lot of scope for influencers. Mass communication helps a lot in building your career as an influencer.

Approximately 20-25 teachers were present for our course. All of them were very well qualified. Most of the teachers were teaching for more than 10 years. Few of the teachers also completed their PhD. They taught us well. They gave us a lot of practical knowledge too. I had a very nice bonding with all my teachers. They were very friendly and understanding. You will never be dissatisfied with any of the teachers.

There was only one teacher who used to handle the placement cell of our college. She had excellent contacts with the industry. Our dean Nirmal Bhatnagar also had good contacts. Value 360, Crowne Plaza, Percept, Meri Dilli events are a few of the top companies that visited my college. The average package received by our batch was approximately ₹5,00,000/- per Annum. 70% of the students received the campus placement. Other 30% did not receive because of their carelessness.

There was no hostel in my college. Students use to stay in PG near to college.

JIMS was not a very huge college. There were three small buildings. However, classrooms, library, labs, auditoriums were big enough. We just had a small ground. We had one canteen and one Nescafé. There was a sitting are in canteen and Nescafé. I mostly use to sit in Nescafé. Parking area was huge. In all the Jims was well maintained college. Washrooms were also clean. I had no complaints regarding the infrastructure of the college.

The one who wants to enjoy can enjoy anywhere in the world. I had a good friend circle in college; I had a great time there. I honestly experienced the best three years of my life. Jims use to organise events like debate competitions, group discussions, dance competitions, nukkad Natak, singing competitions and many more. Students were very interactive and active in participation. Jims use to organize helpful workshops. We use to have two fests in a year. One was verve and the other was oasis. I use to anchor the show and I am so good in anchoring now that I anchor all the functions at my home. Jims is a very participative college. Teachers use to encourage us too to participate in all the events. I had a great time in Jims.
