New Horizon College of Engineering Has Great Placements

Overall Rating
NHCE is a quite decorated name among private colleges of Bangalore. Study wise yes, infrastructure wise yes, faculty’s wise yes, and placements wise it is catching up. So, as of now may not be the most sought after one but I would still suggest students to apply for NHCE as placements is the parameter to judge a college and on that front, the college is doing really well.
 

Academics Rating
I am doing Data Science. Well data science is as much a technical course as it is an artist course. What data points to evaluate and how to take a sample size is what we are taught. I hope others understand this and instead of CSE I opted for Data Science as future will be of Data Scientists.
 

Faculty Rating
Since the course is contemporary the faculties too are contemporary. One can debate that our faculties are so immensely experienced and all but our course demands the ones who have worked with startup cultures and most of our faculties have that background. Some of them are even investors too and therefore along with tech they also teach us the math of being a data scientist.
 

Placement Rating
All Big Four and top investment companies are our prodigies as they are the ones who hire the vast majority of students. Accenture and Oracle are long standing partners of the college and hires almost 60-70 students every year from NHCE.
 

Hostel Rating
I haven't availed the hostel facilities but the college does provide it.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Our block deserves an ovation as engineering block is not just the most cleanest or tech enabled block of the college but we do have recreation rooms and refreshment cafe inside our block. A mini library too is there in our block and apart from that there's a central library too.
 

Campus Rating
Activities and societies which are in huge numbers here give opportunity to many to showcase their talent. There is a Diwali fest coming up and likewise similar festivals are celebrated at the campus. To keep up with the cultural fest, Sargam which is NHCE's annual fest is organised every year.

    Though this college is located in the most crowded areas of the Bangalore, it has good infrastructure built in the small area and it has beautiful gardens and a good cafeteria. The faculty out here are also very student friendly and teach very well. The crowd is also very good.
