My College Life in JSSATE

Overall Rating
JSS Academy of Technical Education is a really good college which has a very huge campus (full of greenery). It has little pond which makes the college view more beautiful. Also regarding the placements. It has a very good placement ratio of about 60-70% (yearly) of students get placed in good companies.
 

Academics Rating
Regarding academic, the college is affiliated to VTU. The final exam evaluation will be done by VTU. Other than that, the course duration is of 4 years which include 8 semesters each semester will have to 2 internal and 1 external exams along with lab externals. ECE branch is literally quite difficult compared to other branches.
 

Faculty Rating
There are many faculties, especially in ECE department. Almost all the faculties have done their PhDs. Teachers teach very well and they have a great knowledge of their subjects. There clarify our doubts, whenever we go to them. Maximum number of them have a very good command over language and communication.
 

Placement Rating
In our college, the student will be eligible for placement when he/she enters 7th semester. Yes, we have a placement department. Teachers guide us during placement season.
 

Hostel Rating
College has a separate girl’s and boy’s hostels which are well-maintained and hygienic. The food provided has an average taste. The hostel fee is around Rs. 85000 per year.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The college has a great infrastructure with 3 different academic blocks big library and huge classrooms and it all and 3 semester halls. Placement hall is located inside the library. The college has two canteens.
 

Campus Rating
Our college has many cultural clubs with Western Dance Team, Eastern Dance Team, Anchoring Team, Drama Team Design Team, Fashion team and many more. Participating in all these clubs will be very fun. Our college also organizes fests every year in the month of June. Popular celebrities are invited every year. There will be an Ethnic day in Kannada Rajyostava.

    The overall experience is pretty good as of now and I'm still in my first semester. The reason why I chose JSS Academy of Technical Education is that this college is a very reputed college and well known across the location. The college is located near to the metro station (Kengeri Bus Terminal) and the buses are always available. The college allows us to participate in extracurricular activities.     I am a first year student. In my opinion, JSS Academy of Technical Education, is good. It has beautiful campus and faculties are well behaved.   • Initial Experience in JSSATEB
     

    Overall Rating
    We have a 21-acre lush green campus with grounds and courts to play many sports. In addition, there many benches around campus to sit, eat and chill. All students are lively. It has been almost 2 months in this college and I am enjoying it. Main highlight JSSATEB is environment and campus. There was also fresher’s day, which was awesome.... Read Full Review
