My experience at Yenepoya

Overall Rating
The yenepoya University at Mangalore provides various types of degrees and programs. As the course I needed was kind of niche, people directed me towards Yenepoya University. My experience at Yenepoya University is quite positive. I feel that the University provides quite good curriculum for my field of study and the curriculum is being updated as the field is getting modernized.
 

Academics Rating
My course is B.Sc forensic science with minor in cyber forensic science. It is quite a niche field in others opinion. The entry requirements for my field are that the students should have a background of science to apply; in my case i studied bio science for my PU. My motive for enrolling in this program is because of my interest.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty members in our forensic science department are quite well apt for designations. They are being updated on various forensic fields’ advancements in order to make sure that we students are also being updated on such methodologies. Their style of teaching is commonly found everywhere.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The Yenepoya University at Mangalore has different campuses all around the Mangalore city. There is a main university campus for medico B.Sc. students, mainly nursing which is quite huge in my opinion. The campus I am currently studying at is located in Kuloor, Mangalore. It is a campus with a single building with 8 floors and a basketball court in front.
 

Campus Rating
The Yenepoya University is quite adequate in providing a very colorful campus life. It has been only 2 months since I have started attending classes here and there are lots of programs and fests present. The campus life is as of any other college. The fellow students are friendly and approachable. Overall it is a nice environment.

    The summary of Yenepoya Kulur college is good. Here we can easily get a degree. They teach us very well and the campus life is also good. We have canteen, ground to play basketball, football, badminton etc. The class rooms are good. We have facilities like AC, lifts and other thing as compared to other colleges.     I chose Yenepoya University in Mangalore because we know Mangalore is an educational hub and the Yenepoya Institutions are quite famous when it comes to education. I wanted to go for a unique field and so I chose forensic science which was not available anywhere in Kerala.
