My Journey in DPSRU

Overall Rating
DPSRU is overall a decent university if you want to pursue Pharmacy, as it is first pharmacy University of India and third in the world. This institute provides good knowledge about the subjects and promotes extracurricular activities. My experience in this university so far have been good and I am really enjoying my life.
 

Academics Rating
This university provides courses like B.Pharm. D.Pharm, BPT, BMLT, DMLT, BMS, and post graduate courses like M.Pharm, MBA and M.Sc (AI). This university gives admission in Bachelor courses based on intermediate marks. The student should have at least 90% score in PCB/PCM if they are non-Delhi and 80%, if they are from Delhi itself.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty is quite experienced and are scientists. Therefore, there is no doubt on their knowledge. Their style of teaching is traditional with touch of modern technologies. They ask and clear doubts in every class and even after class. You can reach out to them at any time. While taking practical labs, they make sure every protocol is followed.
 

Placement Rating
To be honest, DPSRU has average placements. It provides 5 to 6 LPA CTC during drives.
 

Hostel Rating
I am a non-Delhi candidate so I live in hostel. The hostel fee is 10000 INR per year and 5000 INR security deposit. Mess fee is 15000 INR per semester. The hostel rooms are quite good and hygiene is maintained in bathrooms there is no over restrictions. You can enter in hostel until 10 PM. University is at 5 minutes walk from hostel.
 

Infrastructure Rating
DPSRU has average infrastructure. Campus is compact. It has good lecture rooms and well-maintained laboratories. The lecture rooms are the only good thing about this university as they are fully air-conditioned and it feels like a university classroom.
 

Campus Rating
I am happy with my campus life as I live in hostel so there are not so much restrictions and I live comfortably. There are many societies in university, which are very fun. I am in photography society called Paridrishya because I like photography so much and I get to interact with so many people from my university. There are regular events in university, which keeps my interest in university and be attentive towards it. In addition, academics also go very smoothly.
