My experience at MUJ as a Law Student

Overall Rating
Manipal university is good as compared to other law universities in Jaipur and stands on number one position. From faculties and infrastructure to the environment, everything is very great here. It has a huge campus, and more than 10,000 students are pursuing various degrees in Manipal.
 

Academics Rating
At the academic front university is good, many students from our university participate in various moot courts and there are many talented students. For any course in law whether it's B.A. LL. B or LL. B, you don't have to worry much as university accepts admission if you have more than 50% in your boards.
 

Faculty Rating
If we talk about faculty, mostly teachers here are NLU graduates who have great knowledge about law and teach really well. Faculties are really supportive and if you want any guidance regarding your area of interest in law or regarding internships then they are always ready to help you out and guide you. Screening of each and every faculty is done twice before they are admitted into the university.
 

Placement Rating
Placements in Manipal University Jaipur are average. Only a few students are placed every year but don't lose hope as everyday law department is working hard to improve the placement and it is showing results. Also, many students are getting internship and placement opportunities at good law firms. Here in Manipal University Jaipur, we have a dedicated Placement Cell which offers internship and placement opportunities to the students.
 

Hostel Rating
Manipal University Jaipur provides residential facilities. Its hostel has spacious rooms available in 3-seater, 2-seater and 1-seater facilities. Other facilities in the hostel include good food quality mess, gym facility, shops, food outlets, etc.
 

Infrastructure Rating
In terms of infrastructure, Manipal has a luxurious campus just like Karan Johar's films . It has big spacious classrooms , a big moot court hall , a big mess and a law library where there are more than 2000 law books. You can sit and study there. Apart from it, there is one central library as well.
 

Campus Rating
Campus Life is good here and the crowd is from all over India. One annual fest and many small events take place at Manipal University Jaipur. There are more than 200 clubs here and for the law department, every year moot court and many law related events take place.

    I am a 2nd year student in B.Tech (Biotechnology). Life had been pretty good for me until now. I have had fun and faced hardships as well in my career. I think every student at least once in their life should live in a hostel.     Things I like about MUJ include the freedom we experience here. It is upon you weather you want to make yourself or break yourself. However, it teaches you to be in control if you dare to learn.
