My Thoughts on Kunjali Marakkar School of Marine Engineering

Overall Rating
Cochin University of Science and Technology offers B.Tech Marine Engineering in Kunjali School of Marine Engineering. started with the precious relegation of creating eminent features who can cope up with the demands of ever-growing shipping industry, this is only Marine Engineering training institute in the country, which is under the direct control of a state government university located within the Cochin University main campus.
 

Academics Rating
Presently, all 80 students of this year are selected through all India basics common entrance test conducted by Indian Marital University. Students seeking admissions at KMSME shall register with CUSAT.
 

Faculty Rating
Speaking about faculties that are available in this college, all of them are actually chief Engineers in Marine industries. They have quite a good knowledge in the aspects of ship and other fields relating with the concern cost structure, which will help very well in the studies. They pay attention to each and every student.
 

Placement Rating
Kunjali Marakkar School of Marine Engineering is having placement cell. In the past few years, it has been successfully placing its students in reputed companies (both National and International).
 

Hostel Rating
Talking about the hostel, it can accommodate total of 300 students at a time. It has four floors and it is occupied with mess, recreation hall, guest room, etc.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Talking about infrastructure, it has all the facilities inside as like administrative block, laboratories, hostel, ships, and the playgrounds. The main attractive feature is the ship in campus that is the replica of ship’s engine room. All the machineries are assembled in it. The main engine has a working laboratories.
 

Campus Rating
This campus offers a very good campus life to the students. College organizes a national tech festival and other seminars where eminent personalities are invited. Various activities are planned according to the special days such as republic day, independence day, etc.

    Overall, the experience is good. Faculties are professional with required or more than required qualifications and experience. The core marine subjects are taken by retired or ongoing Chief Engineers and captains. Classrooms have enough facilities and laboratory equipment.     Studying at Kunjali Marakkar School of Marine Engineering is an enriching journey. The college is well known for its excellent teaching and good infrastructure. More than ninety percentage students are placed in various national and international companies.     I should say that it is the best institute to study B.Tech in Marine Engineering in India as it gives a good environment for the students for their studies and other cultural and the extracurricular activities such as sports and arts. As the facilities and infrastructure are the best, this institute is highly recommended for joining to pursue B.Tech Marine Engineering.
