Overall Rating
Being a Josephite brings immense pride and SJCC has been one of the best Commerce Colleges in Bangalore. If you are a student who is pursuing CA, you should definitely opt for SJCC because they provide a versatile timing. The college is located in the heart of the city and the weather makes it more pleasing. I chose SJCC because of the placements it provides and the versatile timing. It is a friendly campus and the best place to hang around in the city with all the fun areas around.
 

Academics Rating
I chose B.Com Regular as I am pursuing CA. Apart from this, there are many other courses too. To get into B.Com Regular in SJCC the cut-off is 96% which you have to ensure in your 12th board. If you are from PUC background. The admission process is different for B.Com and BBA. There are personal and subject knowledge interview. Once you complete the process you get a mail from college for admission. There are 6 semesters and 3 years in college. Each semester you will have a mid semester exam and an end sem. All the subjects are tailor made for the students and fill up our requirements to be the best.
The fee structure for B.Com Regular is Rs. 77,000 for 1st year and 76K for the 2nd year. There are no tuition fees, etc. For the end sem, 500 is the registration fee. Scholarships are available for the Catholic Students.
 

Faculty Rating
The Faculty members are the best at SJCC. They are very friendly and also supportive. Most of the faculty members are Ph.D Holders and MBA graduates from top colleges. PPT is the basic method of teaching. Teachers involve students in every aspect of teaching and it's quite fun in the class too. There are many faculties in the college but I'm not sure about the ratio. Teachers maintain a great bond with us, especially the language lecture. They are very much friendly.
 

Placement Rating
There is a placement cell in SJCC, which provides placement opportunities to the students. They keep informing us about the companies that have vacancies and are coming to the college for placements. Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, JP Morgan Chase, Deutsche Bank, EY, Accenture, Amazon, Deloitte, Honeywell, KPMG, Tata, Plivo are some of the top recruiters of SJCC. The highest package was I guess 37 LPA.
 

Hostel Rating
There is no hostel facility in SJCC.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The college is located in the heart of the city. The campus is not that large. Everyone will love the campus. The classrooms are very spacious and the library of SJCC is very well equipped. There are several cafeteria's that have been opened recently and the basketball ground is the best part of the college. The classes are very well designed and each floor has conference halls with some great facilities.
 

Campus Rating
Campus Life has been good till now. The people in the college are also great. There are many clubs and associations in the college which make the college livelier. Every day there are some events and fests happening in the college. Kalotsav and Dhwani are the annual fest hosted by SJCC. Cipher and Chanakya are the business fests hosted by the college. You can meet a lot of new people make it a lifetime worth feel by joining SJCC.

    The administration and faculty are good and they focus on well being of each and every student. I like the small campus and it is awesome. My main factor which made me to choose this College is the timings; they provide 2 shifts in which one is from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM and second is from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM.     I feel SJCC Bangalore is one of the best place to pursue Undergraduate courses. It’s been one and a half year since I joined this College and I have not found any flaws yet.
