Overall Rating
My experience with SGTB Khalsa College is very good. The professors are very qualified and there are plenty of extracurricular activities present in the college. The infrastructure of college is bit old and looks rusty and other than that campus life is fun. The college has great culture mix also because there is reservation for person from Sikh community. The college is in the North campus and closest to Vishwavidyalaya metro station.

Academics Rating
I have chosen Bachelors in Business Economics Honours. The eligibility criteria for that is Mathematics is compulsory at +2 level. For the admission in this course I had 562 out of 650 score in CUET examination. This course is a 3+1 year's course which had exams once in each semester. The course is very much practical based and helpful in real life. I had 7 subjects in this course out of which three were core subjects.
My first year college fee was R.47,280/- and 2nd year college fee was Rs.31,100/- which is same for 3rd year. We had to pay an examination fee before every semester exams which was around Rs.1,500/- depending on number of practical subjects. The course fee is comparatively higher than other courses because it's a professional course.

Faculty Rating
The faculty for all the subjects was highly qualified. They were regular in classes and were always supportive to the students. They were always available for doubts resolution and they also provided adequate opportunities for personal growth. Many professors are the coordinators of many societies in college which helps in smooth running of the society. Also professors keep proving important guidelines for the exam and placements. There were adequate number of teachers available.

Placement Rating
The college has its own placement cell named as ‘Ignite’. They had all the responsibilities of placement and internships. They average placement for my course was Rs.6 LPA and 40% of students got placed.

Hostel Rating
The college has only girl's hostel and the gate closes at 7 pm. The boy's hostel is under construction from 3 years. The infrastructure of girl’s hostel is also decent. There is a new building being made for the hostel as well.

Infrastructure Rating
The college infrastructure is pretty old. The college has a large campus and biggest cricket ground of Delhi university. But the building of college is very old and rusty. The college has a big auditorium and library too. All the classes are fully air conditioned. My favourite thing about the college infrastructure was college ground. The college also had two canteen out of which one is Nescafe. The security checking is weak.

Campus Rating
The college has 50% reservation for Sikh community people. The college crowd is also good. There are plenty of societies in the college and every society organizes their fests and fares. Also the college organizes their own fest which is named as Laskhara. The college has music society which was very prominent. The overall campus life was very exciting and fun as an integrated result of all these factors.

I am in my first year of B.com (Hons) at SGTB New Delhi and it has been a really lively and an eye opening experience so far. The campus seems to have a very welcoming and peaceful atmosphere. The infrastructure here is nice too. Quite a big ground and a really nice canteen which serves non vegetarian food options as well. If you are looking for a place in north campus where there is quite less to no toxicity, this College is the place to go. What makes it unique is that this College is a Sikh m... Read Full Review

It’s a good institute for Punjabi people as this college is under Sikh minority. Children who are from Sikh family can get a very familiar environment here. There is no good security in the college anyone can come and leave the college any time without showing the identity cards which is a very bad thing, need improvement.... Read Full Review
