Life of a student at Mody University

Overall Rating
The Mody University is very beautiful university with big campus and infrastructure which is very attractive. It comes under best women's University in India. Its placement ratio is also very good which made me think of taking admission in this university. The university supports women education and hence it makes it different from other universities. Though it is expensive but it is worth it. Its campus, its placement, and its university life, everything is good here.
 

Academics Rating
I have opted for Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) for getting future scopes in field of computer software. The entry process is made either by entrance exam of the university itself or can also be done directly. The exams are held semester wise and are not that much difficult and hence prepare the students for real world challenges in technical fields. The curriculum is relatable enough to make you ready for future jobs and internship opportunities.
The fees of my course are about Rs. 1, 50,000 per year excluding any scholarship. The tuition fee includes all the development, admission and any other charges.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculties of the Mody University are very helpful to the students and are friendly enough. They are well qualified and have a strong educational background. They teach either on whiteboard or digital projector. The teacher to student’s ratio of the university is 1:30. The bonding between the students and the teachers is very nice and they are approachable and helpful to the students in every possible way. The faculties are focused on student’s problems and help them solve those problems.
 

Placement Rating
The placement percentage is 80-85% of students getting placed in my course. Renowned companies like TCS, Infosys, and Wipro are some of the top companies that have recruited students from my course. Internships are generally not guaranteed but at least 70-80% of students are offered internships by companies like Infosys, TCS, etc. for positions of data analysts, data scientists, web developer, etc.
 

Hostel Rating
The Mody University provides hostels inside the campus which is quite good but has problems like common sanitation facilities and is very expensive.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Mody University provides a beautiful and large infrastructure and its campus area is very big and beautiful. The classrooms of the university are quite big like it has capacity of 30-35 students. The university has two cafeterias, a big library in the academic block of the university and a gym and a parlor for the students. The nature and environment of the university provides vast area to hangout and roam for the students.
 

Campus Rating
The overall campus life is very good. Every area of the campus is enjoyable and beautiful. The university provides various clubs for the students like dancing, singing, art, photography, etc. It organises an annual fest called FDC which is usually organised in January and also other technical fests are also there which are organised by the University. It also provides a secure environment for the girls as it's a woman university.
