Overall Rating
Galgotias College of Engineering and Technology is an average college. I chose this college because of its low fee in greater Noida region and its average placements. If your rank is not good enough and you want to study in NCR with low fee then this is the ideal college for you. If you are coming here than keep in mind that you have to study properly for good placement. Don't expect much from college, you have to do everything on yourself.
 

Academics Rating
I chose Computer Science and engineering at Galgotias College of Engineering and Technology, and I will recommend you to choose only tech branch here. Other branches here are not good. For taking admission in this college, there are two ways by AKTU counseling on the basis of JEE Main result and second is direct entry. Lateral entry is also available if you have diploma background. In this college two sessional exams are often conducted that are known as CAE exams, one PUT and then University test.
Fee of B.Tech is Rs. 1,15,603 in 1st year and after that its Rs. 1,09,603 and also per year Rs. 7,500 is charged for examination fee to AKTU. Fee waiver option is available if your JEE Main rank is good. UP government gives scholarship up to Rs. 55,000.
 

Faculty Rating
Teachers at Galgotias College of Engineering and Technology are good and also they are supportive. If you ask them about academics or about placements they will solve your problem if they can. Most of the faculty members are M.Tech and Ph.D holder. They teach us using Black boards. Teacher student ratio is quite good. Teachers are good. You can approach them when you need or you can go to them for any help. They will try to solve your problem.
 

Placement Rating
Placement cell in Galgotias College of Engineering and Technology is there which helps you in getting placement and they call companies for placement and if you are skilled then you will get placed but don’t expect higher offer. Average placement is 5 LPA and highest in this session was 35 lakh per annum.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, Galgotias College of Engineering and Technology offers residential facilities. There are separate hostels for boys and girls. Quality food is provided and they provide 4 meals a day. Average fees of hostel is about Rs. 1.20 lakh.
 

Infrastructure Rating
There are 6 blocks in Galgotias College of Engineering and Technology, and campus size is about 20 acres. Class strength is about 70 students and most of the rooms are air conditioning. There is a central library available from 8 am to 5 pm. There are 2 auditoriums and canteen, medical, transport, security, etc. These facilities are available in my college. 2 fests are held in my college, one Unifest which is usually held in the month of April and another is fresher’s party in November or December.
 

Campus Rating
If you are looking for Galgotias College of Engineering and Technology then I think it’s a good choice. My experience here has been satisfactory because my rank was not good. On the basis of my rank this college is good. Per year about 1,200 student take admission in B.Tech. There are many clubs that you can join as per your preference.

    Overall, college life in GCET Greater Noida is elegant. It is located at a nice place. The infrastructure and facilities are above average. There is a mall and a metro station just in front of college. Faculty members are very polite and they help you through your course.     GCET Greater Noida is well known for its infrastructure, faculty, and so others many facilities. If we talk about placement, it is descent and companies like Amazon, TCS, etc. gives placement. It is situated in prime location that is Knowledge Park metro station that gives you an edge at travelling. Overall GCET Greater Noida is the best college in the city.     As you enter the campus its feels like that you have entered in hi-fi college as the college have big campus with grounds, library and cafeteria. I have chosen this college as I got Fee Wavier in CSE core branch. Also, my friends taken admission in this college whose total fees is about Rs. 1,15,603 yearly which is much affordable than other colleges in Greater Noida.     The college is Well Developed and has proper infrastructure. The Professors are well educated and are supportive. The college has a big library and has many opportunities for all the students like students can participate in clubs and events and into extra curriculum activities like sports and singing and dancing and hackathons and many more.
