SSMRV Bangalore: Fee Structure, Clubs, and Facilities

I chose SSMRV Bangalore because of its reputation. My seniors suggested me to go for it. My overall experience so far was great. It has a very good infrastructure with an amazing teaching and non-teaching faculties. It also provides parking facility, which is really helpful for us, students. It’s cultural and sports committee need improvement though. It has a strict discipline committee. It has different types of clubs and committees. My overall experience in this college was great so far.

I chose Bachelor of Commerce with specialization course of Digital Marketing in this college. To get into this college, I had to submit an online application. After the approval of my application, I had to undergo two interview procedures, which had to be cleared in order to get my admission in this college. The eligibility criteria wasn't that challenging because students had to score minimum 60% in PUC and age limit is that one shouldn't be above 21, in order to get seat for the first year of bachelor's. It has 4 exams in a year, which are 2 midterm and 2 semester exams.

My college fee is approximately Rs. 80,000. It should be paid either fully or in two installments.

SSMRV Bangalore has a good teaching and non-teaching faculties. Lecturers are friendly yet strict when needed. Some of the lectures use practical method to reach in order to make us understand the topic better. Serious sanctions are imposed on students on their act of indiscipline behavior. Lot of digital teaching is also promoted through PPT presentations, digital designing projects, etc. We are given assignments and projects once in a month regularly and it is a part of our internals and marks are allotted for it.

SSMRV Bangalore has a very good infrastructure. The campus is very spacious. Students can run around and play in the quadrangle. It also has a huge playground of its own. It has gym facility too. It has many clubs and committees. Sports and cultural committee needs improvement, it are not well organized yet. It gives more importance for historical festivals and events and celebrates it with huge enthusiasm. Overall, it has a healthy atmosphere.

My campus life has been great so far. There are few popular spots in the college campus. It has both conference hall and open auditorium in the college campus. The student strength of the college is approximately one thousand five hundred plus (1500+). It conducts interactive programs for the gain of the knowledge for students. It has gym facility. It has Rotaract club, which is very active. The college actively takes us for industrial visits. According to me, I would give 4 stars for infrastructure.
