DSCE Bangalore: Fee Structures and Admission Processes

The overall experience at DSCE Bangalore has been a great. The infrastructure is very good and has been well maintained. The campus is filled with trees and plants, making it a pleasant environment for students. It also has very good sports facilities like a football ground, tennis court, basketball court, etc. The reason I chose this college is because of the means of transport i.e. metro. Not many colleges have the facility of metro. The difference I find in this institution compared to others is their balanced curriculum equal importance for sports & other cultural activities compared to other colleges.

The course chosen by me is B.E Computer Science Engineering, which is a core branch. The reason I chose the core branch is because I wanted to explore all domains and pursue my career in what's best for me. You can enroll into this college through K-CET/COMED-K and Management Quota. The admission process will be very smooth as there are experts who guide you till the end. The exams are very frequent in this college keeping the students prepared and on their toes for any coming challenges. The academics contain subjects like humanities, communication, etc apart from the usual core subjects adding to the overall development of students in real-life.

The fee structure for the K-CET is about 1.2 Lakh Per Year, where Rs. 20,000 is collected as lab charges. For the COMEDK it's around 3 Lakh Per Year. And management about 5 to 8 Lakh Per Year.

The faculties in DSCE Bangalore are very supportive and helpful students with any doubt they have. Especially the faculties for C programming encourage students to do better and better. All the faculty members are well qualified with Bachelors and Masters degree. The teachers use whiteboards and PPTs to discuss about the subject. The teachers are very good at problem solving, which is pretty obvious if you look at the papers they set for exams. The teachers are approachable.

The placements of our college are known to happen with two other branches of our institution i.e. Dayananda Sagar University and Dayananda Sagar Academy of Technology and Management. The placements cell organizes workshops every now and then for students awareness about how to market is at present and what it demands. Many companies like cognizant, AWS, Zepto, etc. visit the college.

The overall infrastructure of DSCE Bangalore is very good. It has many blocks and all are well maintained. The campus size is around 30 acres and is situated in Kumarswamy layout. The classrooms are quite big, spacious, and have projectors in each class. Classes are well ventilated The libraries, seminar halls, and auditorium are all very good and well maintained. It also offers very good sports facilities. Canteen is very good. Favorite place in the college is the amphitheater.

The campus life is very peaceful because of the lush green and pleasant campus. College has a mixed crowd of all kinds of people from various places of the country which is a very good opportunity to connect with all kinds of people. There are various clubs which the students can be a part of. I am a part of the sports club of the institution. Extracurricular activities are organized every now and then. There are 2 to3 fests that will be organized in a year. Campus life is great.
