B.Tech in Electronics & Computer Engineering at REVA University

In REVA University, there are many events and fest organized which gives us an opportunity to develop ourselves in not only studies but also a multi talented person. Apart from studies, the university also organizes many fests and events. There are many sports events organized and also there is Army NCC.

I am from 2022 batch and I will be passing out in 2026 year. I chose B.Tech in Electronics & Computer Engineering because it is a combination of both electronics, which deal with some kind of hardware and software like coding. There is no eligibility criteria or any requirement for admission. There are 8 semesters and in each semester. Two internals and one semester end exam are conducted here. Lab internals and semester end exams are also conducted. The subjects we study are helpful from industrial perspective.

My total fee for the whole course is Rs. 8,00,000. For the 1st year, it is Rs. 1,25,000. Program fee for each year is Rs. 3,00,000. I get the special concession of 75,000 each year. Provisional admission fee just for 1st year is Rs. 1,00,000.

The faculty and the staff of REVA University is well educated and experienced. All of them are very helpful in clearing our doubts and guiding us in our projects. Their method of teaching is through whiteboards, presentations, by doing group discussions, and through labs. My experience and bonding with the faculty members is very nice. All of them are very helping and approachable.

Since I am 5th semester student, I have not much idea about it.

The hostels are inside the university campus itself. It does provide a safe protected environment to the students. I am a day scholar so I have not much idea about hostel. However, according to my friends, security provided in hostel is good but the food is not up to the mark

The facilities in our university is average and the infrastructure quite good. Classrooms are equipped with projectors. Labs are also well equipped. The thing that I like about my university is its library and food court.

Campus life is really good. You will get a good exposure in diversified fields. There are always two to three events going on in the campus like dance competitions, quiz competitions, seminars, sports events, fests you can become an active participant. You will find students from almost everywhere and the students are decent as well. There are many extracurricular activities organized by university like annual athletic meet, hackathons, Deepotsav, dandiya night, Van Mahotsava one student one tree, startup summit etc. My experience about the campus life is superb I enjoy a lot as I find there is something going I inform my teachers and take participate in that and I get attendance too.
