Choose NIT Kolkata for B.Tech ECE Course

Narula Institute of Technology is a very good institute. It holds a good position among the private institute of West Bengal. It has a good campus has a pond, which looks very nice in night. The institute is well equipped with all advanced lab equipment. It has also has a medium sized library. Institute syllabus follows the MAKUT, which is good to understand the whole things. The institute campus has many students coming from different states of India. It has also a good ratio of boys and girls.

NIT Kolkata has a number of courses to study. However, I had chosen one of the interesting courses, which is Electronics and Computer Science. It is a combination of Electronics and Communication Engineering & Computer Science Engineering. In this, we study about both hardware and software parts of Electronics. In addition, the academic syllabus is industry oriented, which helps in getting job to a student.

Fee for admission 1st semester is Rs. 93,125. From 2nd semester to 6th semester, the fee will remain consistent to Rs. 62,825 (for each). For rest of the two semesters (i.e., 7th & 8th), the fee is Rs. 63,325.

Talking about faculties, I remember the faculties who are always ready to help students. In addition, the ratio of faculty to student is very good. In fact, all faculties are interactive. We have good relation with them. They are always available to us for solving our problems. The entire faculty is very sincere about student’s career. They are always available to help with this. The institute also provides a personal mentor to each student.

It is my first year, so I do not have hands-on for placement experience. However, our institute has a placement cell, which helps students in getting job.

NIT Kolkata has a small campus. There are grounds, some passages, and a beautiful pond inside it. It has four floors with a unique building architecture structure. Its campus size is approximately 26395 square ft. It is located in Agarpara of North 24 Parganas. It has many classrooms with smart boards. The institute has a library, two seminar halls, two auditoriums, and a big canteen. It also provides transport facilities and well equipped with security system.

Overall, you get a decent campus life into this institute. The institute not so much crowded. The crowed has medium amount. Our institute has many clubs such as Photography club, Dancing club, Singing club, Coding club, etc. I am a part of Photography and Coding club. You can take part in any club you are interested and enjoy your institute life. The institute also organizes many tech fest and Hackathon in which you can take part and proceed further in future. It organizes many academics fest such as book writing, storytelling and many more, which is necessary for an overall growth of a student.
