My university life in NSUT, New Delhi

Overall Rating
I have completed my first year in NSUT, New Delhi after selection and my experience was best. Factors that made me choose this university was because it is very famous for my degree and professors are excellent, location is fabulous, fest and functions are very well managed and held. This university is different from other institutions as it provides best facilities and is ranked in top universities of India. I was a bit nervous to join into this university but friends and family suggested me to do so.
 

Academics Rating
I chose electrical Engineering branch in this university as my motive was to become a successful engineer in this field. The JAC counselling held by the state and central government too does admissions. Exams happen in two terms. In my course, end semester and mid semester papers are held in every semester and are graded accordingly. Academics always help me to prepare best in my life.
Fees of my chosen course is Rs. 10,00,000. Not much discount is there, but in registration process, they may ask for less fees for specific category students.
 

Faculty Rating
In my course, every faculty member teaches different subjects like Mathematics, Electromagnetic Theory, Analog and Digital Electronics, Principle of Electric Engineering, Electrical Measurement, and many more programming languages. All the faculty members are best and some of the professors are IIT qualified. They have very kind nature and are always ready to help students in every kind of problem. They have best knowledge of their subjects and they are good in teaching. Their body language is great and they respectfully teach every student.
 

Placement Rating
Placement cell is good and companies allow every student to sit for interviews.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostel ratings for my university are very good and girls' and boys' hostels are separate.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Campus academic block is the best. It acquires ample amount of facilities to staff and students. Classrooms are in good conditions and AC is installed in every classroom. Academic library is the best in our university for students who study. It acquires peace and good environment for students to chill and study. Labs can be improved. Seminar hall, Medical and transport facilities are good in our university. Security system is the best and everything is properly examined by the guards.
 

Campus Rating
I am in first year and my overall campus life is good. I came across many functions and fests for students. University crowd is not much. We have so many clubs but I am not a part of any club. Engagement activities like Sports Day, VC meeting and other competitions are always there. We celebrate ‘Moksha’ fest every year. Big superstars and singers come to our university during the fest. Campus life was best in my vision.

    Netaji Subhas University of Technology (NSUT) is a great university for taking admissions, especially for B.Tech degree in Delhi region.   • NSUT New Delhi's CS-AI Program Outshines DTU's IT Branch

    My overall experience in this college is very good. I was also getting a seat in IT branch in DTU, but in my opinion, pursuing CS-AI from NSUT New Delhi is better. The campus life is good. The campus size is about 135 acres, which is a very lush green campus. The location is very good as it is very close to Dwarka Metro station. Campus life is very good.     Netaji Subhas University of Technology is situated in the heart of Delhi. It is under government of Delhi and hence has 85% reservation for those who have completed their 12th from a school in Delhi. It is a lush green campus of about 150 acres. Classes of first year B.Tech students are conducted there along with some events. While it has 4-5 other blocks which are segregated based on the branches and degrees.     NSUT is a university with great reputation. It is also known for its capability of providing great placements. I am currently in 1st semester pursuing information technology.     My experience in NSUT is kind of mixed. I am currently a 2nd year student of B.Tech (CS & AI). My experience of the 1st year in university was pretty good. NSUT is one of the top universities. What made me choose this educational institute were its academics, infrastructure and placement. Hostel facilities are available too.
