Life at NSUT New Delhi: Academic, Crowd, and More

Overall Rating
My experience at this Netaji Subhas University of Technology, New Delhi is very good. This University has excellent placement packages. The infrastructure of the University is better. I like flora and fauna. They have all type of research facilities, which help you to face industries problems.
 

Academics Rating
I am enrolled in Electrical branch, which according to me is the toughest branch in core branches. This University has an efficient & updated curriculum. For entry in this University, you need to score excellent marks in JEE Main like above 50,000 ranks. After that, you have undergone JAC counseling. You have to give mid semester and end semester exams.
For me, the fee was around Rs. 2,40,000/- for first year, and it went increasing until Rs. 2,90,000/-. This University provides different type of scholarships for ST, SC, and OBC category students, which help to get their 100% or 90% fee, return.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculty members are very helpful. For teaching, they use smart board and PPT. some of them also use group discussion to understand. In case of doubts, you can directly contract to faculty and they resolve it as soon as possible. Teacher to students ratio is also good.
 

Placement Rating
They provide Internship. In my course, highest package is 34 LPA & the average package is about 15 LPA and they provide good level jobs.
 

Hostel Rating
Excellent hostel facilities are provided to us as it is a fully residential Institution.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The campus area is around 145 acres. At NSUT New Delhi, all the courses have different buildings and its own stationary shop, air-conditioned library, and sports room. We have a football and volleyball ground. There are canteens, where vegetarian and non-vegetarian food is available. We have seminar hall at all combined auditorium and conference rooms for each department. I like the library and Maggie point. In addition, most importantly, we have transportation facilities.
 

Campus Rating
Here, Campus life is good. You are provided with enough time to explore campus. The crowd is good. Many clubs are present at campus & these clubs are different domain like recreational, technical, cultural, and community services. Ultimately, you will be able to mingle with everybody. Overall, I must say I have had blast in my campus life.

    I have completed my first year in NSUT, New Delhi after selection and my experience was best. Factors that made me choose this university was because it is very famous for my degree and professors are excellent, location is fabulous, fest and functions are very well managed and held.     Netaji Subhas University of Technology (NSUT) is a great university for taking admissions, especially for B.Tech degree in Delhi region. I had previously got Instrumentation and Control Engineering in other institute, but I've chosen Electronics & Communications Engineering in NSUT over that primarily due to location and placements track record.   • NSUT New Delhi's CS-AI Program Outshines DTU's IT Branch

    My overall experience in this college is very good. I was also getting a seat in IT branch in DTU, but in my opinion, pursuing CS-AI from NSUT New Delhi is better. The campus life is good. The campus size is about 135 acres, which is a very lush green campus. The location is very good as it is very close to Dwarka Metro station. Campus life is very good.     Netaji Subhas University of Technology is situated in the heart of Delhi. It is under government of Delhi and hence has 85% reservation for those who have completed their 12th from a school in Delhi. It is a lush green campus of about 150 acres. Classes of first year B.Tech students are conducted there along with some events. While it has 4-5 other blocks which are segregated based on the branches and degrees.
