BIT Bangalore: Sincere Opinion about My College

Overall Rating
Bangalore Institute of Technology is one of the best colleges in entire Bangalore. The teaching staff is caring and supports. All the facilities are of top notch quality. We also have extracurricular activities at weekend and fests. I would definitely recommend others to choose this university for better future.
 

Academics Rating
My course name is Information Science and Engineering. According to me, it is one of the best courses to choose for your good future. It helps you very much to learn computer’s programming languages. You can take admission in our college via competitive exams like KCET and COMEDK or you can come through management quota. Admission process is also very easy. Exams will be conducted as internals and externals.
If you come through KCET, the fee will be around Rs. 1,20,000 and if you come via management, it depends on college trust. Scholarships are also available for eligible students.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculty of my college is one of the best faculties in entire Bangalore. They are well experienced, graduated from top universities, have master degrees and PhDs and caring. They teach via PPTs, black board and they do group discussions. They can even guide you personally if you are having any issues in your class or career. Average 70 students are present in each classroom. The teachers share good bond with students.
 

Placement Rating
Placements drives are conducted for the final year students of course. More than 50 companies will come for placements.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostel is good. They have hygiene mess, hot water, separate sharing beds, wide rooms, and clean bathrooms.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Our college infrastructure is good. The classrooms are well maintained. It has Wi-Fi, projectors, black boards, and comfortable benches. Average 70 students can sit in each classroom. Campus is big. Library is huge and much more books are available. Labs are digital and computers are well maintained, seminar hall is present in each floor, auditorium is also huge, the cultural activities are conducted. Canteen is hygienic, sports ground is big, transport facilities are available, and security is strict.
 

Campus Rating
I really enjoy my campus life and college life. The college crowd is large. There are many clubs and groups among students, classes and courses and batches. The clubs conduct fests, NSS activities, NCC activities, and many more things. I am also part of a club and i really enjoy being a part of the club. Annual fests are conducted. The crowd will be in large numbers.

  • Magical fests at Bangalore Institute of Technology

    Our Institute is located in the heart of the city and you can commute through BMTC buses or metro. The institute doesn't have much space for sports and some of the instruments for branches like Mechanical might not work but the labs are maintained well.... Read Full Review

    Bangalore Institute of Technology is on the top colleges in Karnataka under Visvesvaraya Technical University. This college is located in the city centre and makes the transportation easy. The faculty here is also good. The fests are done once in often and there are multiple clubs to encourage the student’s desire. The labs, library and the sports management are well equipped.
