The Bangalore Institute of Technology (BIT), Bangalore provides world-class accommodation facilities for both boys & girls, separately. The hostel premises are equipped with all the requisite facilities, offering a comfortable & convenient stay to the students.
Approximately 580+ students can be accommodated within its ‘BIT Men’s Hostel’ and ‘BIT Ladies Hostel’. Moreover, the rooms at the hostels of BIT Bangalore are spacious, clean, and available for different occupancies.
Students can avail the safe & comfortable accommodation facilities offered by the Institution after paying the specified fee. In addition to this, the 1st year BIT Bangalore hostel fees is Rs. 1,30,000/- (for boys) and Rs. 1,40,000/- (for girls).
Note: Along with residential fee, female students will have to pay an additional charge of Rs. 6000/- via DD (Non Refundable) in favour of Rajya Vokkaligara Sanga Hostel Fund. Students should know that from 2nd year onwards, they will have to pay Rs. 1,10,000/- as the hostel fee.

The Institution provides separate home-like residential facilities for all the students including boys’ and girls’. The ‘BIT Ladies Hostel’ is located 4 km away from the BIT Bangalore Campus which comprises around 69 spacious and semi furnished rooms and it can accommodate about 230 female students.
Also, the BIT Bangalore hostel rooms for girls are semi-furnished and are allotted on 2 to 6 sharing basis with or without attached washroom. In addition, the ‘BIT Men’s Hostel’ comprises about 136 rooms which are offered on double and other occupancies. Moreover, the boys’ hostel can accommodate more than 350 students.
Furthermore, the educational Institution has equipped the hostel premises with a requisite number of cameras, biometric, and other equipment to ensure the safety of the students.

The Institution’s hostel has a mess to offer hygienically prepared North & South Indian food for the hostellers. Moreover, for female students, non-vegetarian meals are offered twice a week.
