Register through CMAC Portal for Admission at DTU New Delhi

Overall, this University is a great choice for students if they want to pursue courses like BBA, Economics honors or even Masters in economics. The curriculum is well rounded, making sure the students have all the required knowledge. The course also includes hands on experience and exposure including internships, extracurricular and interpersonal development. The University is under DTU, which is one of the best Universities for technology; hence the facilities and professors are of the highest qualification. I recommend taking admissions in this University.

I have chosen the Bachelor of Business Administration or BBA course. This course gives you a wide variety of experiences in various business fields and prepares you for a career in HR, finance, marketing or similar business fields. The admissions in this course are through CUET. You will require General Test and English scores for the same. The admissions happen through the CMAC portal which you'll need to register for separately. The exams are held twice every semester that are the Mid-Terms and the End-Term exams. For most subjects, the Mid-Terms are of 25 marks while the End-Terms Carry 75 marks.

The fee of the course is paid yearly for two semesters at a time and they are around Rs. 1,00,000/- per year. The registration fee is separate given during the CMAC registration.

The faculty of the Delhi Technological University is very well qualified. Most of them have done masters degrees and some even have doctorate in their respective fields. They are from reputable backgrounds that include top Universities from India and abroad. They use whiteboard for most subjects. PPTs are also made for certain topics. There are many group discussions and the professors engage very well with the students. Problems can be asked directly to the faculty and they promptly respond to the queries. They are always open to questions and to clear your doubts or any doubts beyond the syllabus.

There is a placement cell in the University and every year they host a placement and internship week for all students where we can apply to various companies for many different positions.

The campus has a Main building, an Academic Block and a few more buildings. All of the buildings have air conditioning facility which is used every time there is a class. The main building also has heating facility for winter season. There is also a lift in the main building for convenience for the students. There is also a library in the campus where students can get any course book they would require for their classes. There is also a Nescafe in the campus. There is an auditorium, capable of seating 300+ people in the Main Building. There are also sports facilities like Badminton, Volleyball, Table Tennis and Basketball.

The overall campus life is very enjoyable at DTU. The University has an amazing crowd with welcoming seniors and amiable peers to spend your time with. The University also has 20+ clubs which range from debating to arts and even social service. I am part of the debating club and they organise many events throughout the year which encourage both Intra-University and Inter-University participation. The University has also organised events like Garba Night for the students which included DJ and various societies organise many events in University to make it feel vibrant and lively. The campus life is enjoyable.
