Overall Rating
My overall experience at Delhi College of Arts and Commerce is quite good. This College has been allotted to me through my CUET score. It comes under top Colleges of South Campus. One can consider this College for Arts and Commerce courses. The fees of the courses are very low and there are no issues for attendance. This College is good for those who are preparing for entrance exams along with their degree.
 

Academics Rating
I am currently pursuing my Under-graduation from here in B.Com program. Along with this course, B.Com (Hons.) is also available. One can get enrolled in this course by giving CUET (Common university entrance test) only.
The fee of the course is comparatively lower than other Colleges. The fee for B.Com is approximately Rs. 10,000/- and was around Rs. 11,000/- for the second year. Along with this, one has to pay an exam fee which is approximately Rs. 1,500/- each semester.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty members teaching us are well-qualified and come from strong academic backgrounds. Most of them have postgraduate or doctoral degrees. They use a mix of teaching methods like blackboards, PowerPoint Presentations, and sometimes group discussions. The teacher-student ratio is decent, though a few departments need more staff. Most of the faculty members are very approachable and supportive, they are a bit strict but still helpful. Overall, our bonding with the faculty is good, and we feel comfortable discussing academics and career-related queries with them.
 

Placement Rating
Delhi College of Arts and Commerce have their placement cell named Broadway. They regularly conduct various webinars, seminars, etc. related to how to make CVs, how to prepare for interviews, and more. The average package of College goes up to 4 LPA to 4.5 LPA.
 

Hostel Rating
No, the College does not provide any hostel facility to the students. Students stay in PGs near the College, which cost somewhat around Rs.10,000/- to Rs.12,000/- per month.
 

Infrastructure Rating
There are 2 blocks in the College. The infrastructure of our College is average. The College has approx. 100 classrooms and a library, a seminar hall, and an auditorium and a conference hall. The infrastructure can be improved by renovation of the College. It is spread on approximately 5 acres of land, comparatively smaller than other Colleges of Delhi University. It is situated near Leela Palace and Chanakyapuri.
 

Campus Rating
Overall the campus life is good. College crowd is quite decent. We have various clubs and societies like Commerce Society, E-Cell, Dance, Drama, Music, etc. which remains active for the whole year. There are various fests and events organised by College societies and the College. Overall the campus life will be great if one shows active participation in Society Events and College fest.

    I choose DCAC New Delhi for its variety of courses available within the B.A program such as Journalism, Spanish, Economics, etc. and also the kind of academics & opportunities they offer within the College.     When I first got into DCAC New Delhi, I felt really happy as getting admission in one of the most prestigious Colleges of DU was overwhelming for me. The best thing of getting into this College was that I got to enroll myself into the course of my choice. The College offers various courses which are in high demand among the students.     DCAC New Delhi is a great College. The crowd is really good, the staff and the faculty is very experienced. The societies here are very active, which makes College life fun.     DCAC New Delhi is a good college for anyone looking for courses in Arts and Commerce fields. It has a cool environment, which is away from the overwhelming atmosphere that one could go through in universities. It is one of the top colleges in DU's South Campus.
