What Every Student Should Know About SIT Pune

Overall Rating
Symbiosis an institution that is regarded more in the field of Arts & Commerce, but the best thing is that SIT has a separate campus for engineering too. The demand and the struggle that an engineering student has to put on themselves is one thing that I have learned from here and that sums up my overall review of my institute.
 

Academics Rating
My course is AIML. On our floor, besides classrooms we have our own labs and a workshop station. Academics here are skill based and up to the mark.
SIT Pune fees for AI&ML is Rs. 3,65,000/- for general category students. Merit Scholarship policy is there for students scoring 8.75 CGPA or more.
 

Faculty Rating
Every student has different ambition and different insecurities and our faculties are indeed the most understanding I would say. Our faculties relate to us and always make us feel great even when we feel low, they know how to put our chin up. Their teaching style and degrees are very good. Their quality to relate with student is in my eyes is their biggest asset.
 

Placement Rating
From second year itself, we have been given communication skills classes and mock tests, through which the industry analyses our brain. Tech giants like Dell, Infosys and Honeywell have made SIT Pune their first choice for hiring students.
 

Hostel Rating
The best thing about hostel is that woman guards are there to guard the hostels day in and out. Block A, Block B, and Block C is how the girl’s hostels are divided. Block A&B has only three seater rooms. As for the first two years students only three seater rooms are there but from third year we have two seater rooms option available.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Campus in terms of facilities is large. The administration building is built nicely. The academic building is up to the mark. Our campus wears green outfit as one will see plants all around the campus. There is a big sports ground too, which is full of life.
 

Campus Rating
Our campus life teaches us to look at ourselves as match winners because opportunities are equal for all. SIT Pune is a great experience. Tech events or Hackathons are organised at our institute and we are asked to participate in them. No biasness makes campus life survival easy. Our annual fest ‘Reverb’ has always seen not just students performing but top artists too.

    If one has the hunger and time to digest it all, they can experience something good or something bad. But one thing's for sure, it'll be something new.     Our college is a part of Symbiosis International University which is established in the year 2008. I had decent experience on my institute because the faculties are very good but the curricular is very hectic. All are best in this college but we never get extracurricular activities.     'Symbiosis' is one of the top names in education in India, but I came to know about this College while I was in the final year of my engineering. I am glad that I did because even though Covid came and placements were delayed a bit but the College made sure that all of us had placements come what may. We use the word bank as often as we use the word momentum because SIT was a bank where momentum never changed.
