My Personal Opinion on JDMC New Delhi

Overall Rating
Janki Devi Memorial College is not only a College with academically strong students but students also have interests in various art forms. It helps us grow our thinking abilities while strengthen our skills like leadership and time management that will help us in the corporate world. This College is very unique, they support women and has cooperative teachers too. This College focuses on skills like research and technological development.
 

Academics Rating
I chose B.Com Program; this course offers specialised learning in Accountancy, Finance, and Management. The criteria for enrolling is the CUET exam that everyone has to give. The combination should include English, Accountancy, Mathematics, and the rest two subjects can be of your choice. The regular class tests and end semester exams happens twice a year. The course is much known among the students and it is also known for getting big multinational corporations.
The JDMC New Delhi is a Government College that comes under the University of Delhi and hence the fee is very minimal. It might differ according to the course but still it’s very affordable for students.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty of all the departments is very supportive. They provide guidance and prepare us to do well in our fields. This also helps us to know the advantages of what we are pursuing. Not only this but the faculty from artistic fields also taught us about different art forms.
 

Placement Rating
There is a placement cell and I am an active member of the cell. The placements are offered and they also provide various internships that help us improve our skills. The average package is about 3.5 LPA to 4 LPA.
 

Hostel Rating
The hostel is named Krishna hostel. The hostel has AC rooms and mess facilities too. The food prepared in the mess is healthy and hygienic and the hostels get cleaned regularly.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure is really spacious. The College has seminar hall, auditorium, computer labs, canteen, ground for sports, and many others. The campus also has a common room for girls. Our College is full of greenery and it’s pretty with so many creatures. The infrastructure is cool with well ventilated classes.
 

Campus Rating
The campus life is lively with people from all the cities and states. We get to learn more about the festivals, culture, and traditions from all around. The seniors are really supportive and helpful and the juniors are really respectful. The campus life is so fun, you will always see a new story around and that will be so fun and enjoyable.

    Janki Devi Memorial College is overall a good college. The infrastructure, social life is amazing but the placement is average. However, the college is most underrated college of delhi university. You should definitely join this college. The admission process is based on CUET scores, and the cutoff varies each year.
