Chandigarh University Offers Various Course to the Students

Overall Rating
My overall journey in this University is good. The classes took by the teachers are great. The campus of this University is very and offers various facilities to the students. The University offers various courses. The University has good environment for studies. Overall, this is a good University and I would recommend others to take admission in this University.
 

Academics Rating
I chose Master of Computer Application. I chose it, because it provides good placement opportunities. For admission, the students have to score 55% in their class 12th board and have to qualify CUET exam. The University conducts 2 semester exam per year. The exams are kind of tough. The academics prepare students for the real life challenges. They focus more on department of Career Progress and Development (DCPD) that makes students industry ready. They offer various other programs as well for the overall development of the students.
The fees of my course in Chandigarh University was Rs. 1,64,000/- per year. The University also provides scholarship to the students who belong to SC/ST and OBC category. The students have to pay the registration fee which is Rs. 2000/-.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty members of this University are highly educated and professional. They have good education background. They don’t only provide theoretical knowledge but also practical knowledge to the students. The teaching methods include PPTs, etc. The problem solving abilities of the faculty members are good. There is one teacher for 30 students. My bond with the faculty members is nice and the teachers are very approachable. Overall, the faculty members are great.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, the University has placement cell. The cell is very active and it have good connections with national and international companies. The cell provides good placement opportunities to the students and it also offer internships to the Engineering students. Various companies visit our campus such as Amazon, Disney, TATA, etc.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, the Chandigarh University provides residential facilities to the students. There were around 134 rooms and the rooms are available in double and triple occupancy. The girls and the boys’ hostel are separate. The mess is also there which provides good quality of food. The hostel fee is Rs. 24,000/- per year. Overall, the hostels are clean & hygienic.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure of this University is very good. The campus is spread over 250 acres and the locality is also fine. The classrooms are very nice and can accommodate around 70 students at a time. The University has library with all kinds of books. The University has sports facilities, auditorium, labs, etc. The canteen is also there and also provides medical facilities. The University provides round the clock security to the students.
 

Campus Rating
My overall campus life in Chandigarh University was excellent. I had a lot of fun and the crowd was also friendly. There are many clubs and I am a part of the Science club. The University organise Fresher’s party, annual day, etc. The University conducts various festivals and students enjoy very much.

    The factor that made me choose Chandigarh University is its affordable course fee as compared to other law Universities. Overall the course is having a great curriculum with practical and theoretical knowledge. The University provides internship and placement assistance as internship from second semester onwards.     My experience at Chandigarh University is wonderful and memorable. It focuses more on practical and that doesn't mean it avoid theory, it balance the theory and practical. For a Law student, it's necessary that there is practical exposure with theoretical knowledge.     I chose Chandigarh University because of the reputation it holds. The campus is really huge, and infrastructure is top notch. Each and every facility is available in the campus.
