Pursuing BCA from Uttaranchal University Dehradun

Overall Rating
My seniors suggested me to take admission in this University. I am having a very good time in this University. Various facilities are available here for the students. The bouncers are also appointed avoid any kind of fight inside the campus. The NCC unit is also available which students can join. Minimum 75% attendance is mandatory at UU Dehradun.
 

Academics Rating
I chose BCA with Artificial intelligence & Machine Learning because this course is in demand. Various opportunities are available in this field. For admission, the student must have Math subject in their class 12th and score more than 60% marks. The academics of this University are good and prepares well for the future.
The fee of my course in UU Dehradun is Rs. 85,000/- per semester. The tuition fee is around Rs. 50,700/-. The students also have to pay the development fee which is of Rs. 4000/-.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculties are punctual and make efforts for students so that they can score good marks. The teaching method includes blackboard, projectors, labs, etc. The teachers are approachable and respectful towards the students. The teacher to student ratio is decent but the teachers provide attention to each and every student. The problem solving ability of the teachers is good. According to me, there is a room for improvement in the faculty members.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, the University has placement cell. Around 80% of students got placed. The companies offer good packages to the students.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, the University offers residential facilities to the male and female students separately. The mess is also which provides good quality of food to the students. The hostel gates get closed by 9:00 PM. I don’t live in the hostel.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The campus of UU Dehradun is huge and there are separate buildings for every department. The campus has seminar hall, auditorium, library, etc. The University provides transportation facilities to the students. My personal favorite place is the food court and library. It is quite big and peaceful. The security is also present at the University campus and the campus is equipped with CCTV cameras. Various other facilities are available such as stationery, food court, ATM, cyber café, ground, and many more.
 

Campus Rating
My campus life till now is good. The campus has huge crowd. The University organise various fests and events for the students. The activities related to sports is also organised and every student can participate in it. There are many clubs and I am a part of the Dance club. Participation in various events helps the students build their confidence and also help them to overcome the stage fear.

    My overall experience here is neither very good nor very bad, it is moderate. The infrastructure here is quite good and students get decent exposure. The environment is also very peaceful and good here. Uttaranchal University Dehradun also offers ACCA course along with Bachelor of Business Administration, this is one fact that makes it better than other Institutions and why I chose it....
