PSCMRCET Vijaywada is Affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University

My overall experience at Potti Sriramulu College of Engineering and Technology, Vijayawada has been genuinely positive. It is affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University. The College provides a good balance between academics, practical learning, and student support. The faculty is friendly, and always ready to guide us whenever we need any help. The environment is quite disciplined, which helped me to stay focused on my studies and at the same time the campus atmosphere feels safe and comfortable. I personally felt that the College gives equal importance to both academics and skill development which helped me grow with confidence.

As per my interest I chose CSE with specialization in Data Science because of the growing demand for data-driven careers. The eligibility was simple, intermediate with Maths, Physics and Chemistry & EAMCET Rank. I joined through my rank. The admission was smooth and I had to submit all documents for verification. Exams are conducted through regular mid-terms, internals, externals and semester exams, which kept me confident. The academics are well-structured with a good mix of theory, labs, practical etc. Overall, the course prepares me effectively for real World challenges.

The fee structure for my course is affordable for all the students. The tuition fee is paid yearly. Along with small admission and College charges. Students who qualify through EAMCET are eligible for Government fee reimbursement based on their category. Scholarships like Jagananna Vidya Deevena schemes are also available for eligible students, which helps to reduce cost.

The faculty at PSCMRCET Vijaywada are well qualified and experienced. They teach using a mix of blackboard, PPTs, and practical sessions which helps us to understand easily. Their problem solving ability is strong. The strength of students in my class is 65 members and faculty are supportive and interact with students whenever we need any guidance. Moreover, we learn skills and knowledge from them and apply them in real time scenarios.

My College maintains well-organized structured Placements and training in aptitude, coding and interview skills which helped students get jobs in reputed companies. Many companies visit the campus annually and provide competitive average and highest packages. As of now, I and my friends are also placed in different companies.

PSCMRCET Vijaywada provides hostel facilities but I do not know much about it.

My College offers a well-structured campus with excellent academic blocks located in a peaceful locality. Classrooms are clean, comfortable and equipped with basic AV aids. The College provides strong academic facilities, including a well-stocked library, modern labs, seminar halls and an auditorium. Amenities like the canteen, sports facilities, medical care, transport and security are well managed. My favourite spot is the library and canteen.

Potti Sriramulu College of Engineering and Technology, Vijayawada is pleasant, with a disciplined yet friendly environment. My College crowd is supportive and students collaborate well academically and socially. There are several clubs for technical, cultural and sport activities which help students explore their interests. They also organize various extracurricular events, guest lectures and celebrations throughout the year along with annuals fests that bring good energy to the campus. Overall, my campus life has been positive, engaging and academically supportive to me. I learned so much from my College.
