GIFT Bhubaneswar Provides Great Facilities

Overall Rating
Overall my experience was good. This Institute was suggested by my brother's friend. GIFT Bhubaneswar is so good. I enrolled for B.Tech Computer Science Engineering in this Institute as 2022 batch. Faculties here are so good and understanding. I am very blessed to be a part of this Institute. Campus placements are too good. It is Autonomous Institute. It offers many facilities like study tour to the students.
 

Academics Rating
I enrolled in this course because of increasing demands in work industry. Eligibility criteria of GIFT Bhubaneswar our Institute is that you have to give JEE Main or OJEE exam. After clearing the exams you will get admission on the basis of your score then you have to submit your documents to admission cell.
The fees of my course is Rs. 92,000/- annually. It collects the fee semester wise whereas tuition fees is Rs. 91,000/- and Rs. 1000/- is registration fees. They provide special discount for merit students those who scored 80% or above in 12th standard. They provide scholarship categories wise as for SC/ST the fees structure is Rs. 70,000/- and for OBC it is Rs. 20,000/-.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculty members of our stream are so good. They are down to earth and very helpful towards student. They are PhD holder. They use blackboards and announce group discussions every week in which every student has to take part. They help us in making projects because they have good problem solving capabilities.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, they provide placements to the students. Our placement cell faculties are very good. They invite good companies with good package to the Institute. Placement officer meet us and provide some techniques how to crack the on campus recruitment. Companies visits our Institute for recruitment and mass hiring. They often meet students personally to give tips for on campus hiring process.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, they provide the accommodation facilities to students. There are many sports activities for hostellers. Girls and boys hostels are separated and Mess food is hygienic and tasty. They give 3 time meal to students. Hostel fees is annually Rs. 60,000/-. There are warden and superintendent available in hostel. They have strict rules for hostellers and timing is also too tight.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Campus academic blocks and library is so large. Classrooms with approximate capacity of 90 students then we have seminar hall with approximate capacity of 500 students. Our canteen and cafeteria are hygienic and well maintained with variety of options in food. Institute provides transport facilities for day scholars. It has 24/7 available medical facilities. The security is very tight here. The thing I like the most here is garden of the Institute.
 

Campus Rating
My overall Institute life was so good. The Institute is so crowded and surrounded by disciplined people. The mandatory rule here is that everyone should be in uniform and be a punctual student. I am participating in Dance club and part of every Sport club. There are many clubs based on activities like Dancing, Singing, and many more. There are Tech clubs too.

    My overall experience is good and continuing in the college. It's a very good experience from the admission to the end of the fourth semester. Actually, this institute is among the top colleges in Odisha and earned A++ grade by NAAC. Last year it's officially called as autonomous college so it's a good thing for us and for college.
