Chandigarh University is Approved by AICTE

My experience in the University is good. The CU Chandigarh events attracted me to choose the campus. The University’s location and infrastructure is far better than others are. In addition, another point is the sports club of the University provides many opportunities

I have chosen BCA in the university as per my motive I was having interest in the IT industry. There are no eligibility criteria at the college as university provides a scholarship opportunity for every student before admission a Cuet exam who ever clear the exam having chance to get 100% scholarship. Admission process is, as you need your 10th and 12th marksheet and other documents like Aadhaar etc. Exams are taken as 2 MST in every semester and final paper including hybrid subjects with practical and theory. The academics use to examine both theory and practical concept but uses to fail some times as against real-life challenges.

My semester wise fees is Rs. 73,150/- and Rs. 2500/- are to be submitted as examination fees. Discounts are provided to students who have performed excellently in sports tournament at National level.

Professors who are having a lot experiences are perfect in their way of teaching. The method of teaching usually includes PPTs, blackboards, and labs experiments. They all are brilliant with a lot of knowledge. I have good bonding with some faculty members.

If you want to get placements, you should choose TPP as per university it becomes their responsibility to provide placement to the students and they provide a lot opportunity in campus but as per my view I am Non-TTP student as I am having no interest in placement and I want continue my education towards MCA.

The University provides residential facilities. Both girls’ and boys’ hostels are separate.

University is very big and has brilliant infrastructure with attractive buildings. It has many blocks with Library, Labs, Seminar Hall, Auditorium, Conference Hall, Canteen, Medical room, Study Rooms, and many other facilities. It also has sports amenities with experienced coaches. One of the examples is an Indian cricketer Arshdeep Singh who is also ex-student and his coach is teaching cricket at the premises. The sports complex is open for every student, so anyone can get training for his or her favorite sport.

My overall campus life is good. It has many students. Yes, we have many clubs & you can join any of them. Every day, extracurricular activities are organized by the University. My favorite thing is University fest and night parties with a big stars appearing and a lot of DJ nights at Chandigarh University Chandigarh.
