Overall Rating
To be honest, VESIT Mumbai was not the Institute I had planned to join. However, after not being allocated preferred Institutions, I opted for this Institute. After joining this one, I realized that the Institute has great atmosphere for academics, projects, and research work. Yes, I would recommend other students to take admission in this Institute.

Academics Rating
I chose Engineering because I wanted to develop technical skills and build a career in the technology field. Like most Engineering students, I had to adjust to the academic pattern after joining Institute. There are regular lectures, practicals, assignments, and exams and because the Institute is Autonomous, the level of pressure is little less compared to other Institutes. The syllabus is very good and upto date. The practicals are performed regularly.
The fee is Rs. 1,50,000/- per year. Eligible students can also apply for Government scholarships. It also offers fee concession based on students’ category.

Faculty Rating
My experience with the faculty has been average. Some concepts are easier to understand when the teacher explains. The teacher uses PPTs and digital board to teach the subjects. The teachers are very good and friendly. However, some of them are quite strict.

Placement Rating
Well now talking about the placements, the placements offered by Vivekanand Education Society Institute of Technology Mumbai are good. The highest package is around 19 LPA and lowest CTC was around 3.5 LPA to 4 LPA.

Infrastructure Rating
The Institute’s campus is excellent. The campus is very big and has big library. The classrooms are very good. There is also AC in some rooms while some classrooms have fans. The seminar hall is also of high-quality. There are common rooms for boys and girls to play indoor games like Carom, Chess, Table Tennis, Badminton, etc. the canteen food is also very tasty and healthy.

Campus Rating
Campus life is not only about lectures and exams but also about the people you meet. Many technical events & hackathons are conducted by the Institute. In addition, the University organised various fest, garba night, and many more functions. Overall, my experience is very good. I have created very good memories.

I am currently doing B.Tech in Computer Engineering from Vivekanand Education Society Institute of Technology Mumbai and my experience until now has been quite good. The main reason I chose this one was its reputation and placement opportunities it gives to the students. The computer department has a good faculty. Many technical activities are conducted apart from regular lecture. We also have events, sports, and cultural activities, so Institute life is not just about academics. The campus has... College has various facilities for the students. Indeed its one of the top colleges in Maharashtra to get an engineering degree.... Read Full Review

My overall experience at Vivekanand Education Society Institute of Technology is decent because I haven't faced any difficulty till now. The factors that made me choose this institute is the institute is in Mumbai, its accepts CET scores and the cutoffs are high and overall decent placements in 2022. The different thing about this institute is that it understands the changing needs of the industry and hence gives us more vacation after semester like 2~3 months so that we can work on our skills a... My first interaction with the college was when I went to the Facilitation Centre for my document verification. The first thing I noticed was there were proper facilities for students and the staff was calm and helping with all the issues and was understanding the problems of out-of-state/city students. That is when I put this college on my list and came to know that this is the 4th best college for MCA in Maharashtra.... Read Full Review
