My first interaction with the college was when I went to the Facilitation Centre for my document verification. The first thing I noticed was there were proper facilities for students and the staff was calm and helping with all the issues and was understanding the problems of out-of-state/city students. That is when I put this college on my list and came to know that this is the 4th best college for MCA in Maharashtra.

When I got the admission, it was a lockdown and everything was happening online so the faculty had taken an orientation and properly guided us regarding the course, research paper, and 4th-semester internship which was new to me, so I got to know so much about this course. Social service is a new thing that has been included apart from the studies.

The faculty is very talented and always ready to help and is very understanding. Most of the teachers in our department are Ph.D. holders or are currently pursuing Ph.D. They had their research work published in IEEE. They make us understand the topic instead of just trying to finish the syllabus, but some just read the PPT. There cannot be 100% good teachers, so yes, some faculties are not good, but overall you will have a great learning experience.

Our college infrastructure is good, it is not very big like other colleges but the building is great. It is the same building that got featured in the Chhichhore movie. Right in front of the building, there is a garden with a statue of Swami Vivekananda Ji. There is also a big ground at the end. We have 3 buildings, one for MBA, one for Engineering, and one for Pharmacy. On the 2nd floor of the Engineering building, there is an amphitheatre and on the ground floor, there is a boys’ common room with AC. We also have a large canteen and a music room, and lastly a small amphitheatre on the ground floor.

Campus Life is awesome if we have great friends and I was lucky for getting some great friends. Different events and fests are always happening in the college and one of the biggest fests is Vesit Utsav. Prarambh is conducted for fresher students. A sports fest called Spurthi is conducted for indoor and outdoor sports. The MCA Department has its sports fest called Srestha, apart from all these. There are also tech fests and workshops held regularly on the campus.
