IGDTUW is Good college for Placements

Overall Rating
IGDTUW is a well-regarded engineering college in Delhi with a strong focus on women's education and empowerment. Students who attend the college can expect to receive a quality education and gain valuable skills and experiences that will prepare them for their future careers. Placements are very good here and if you want okayish college life but easily good placements surely go for this college.
 

Academics Rating
For admission in IGDTUW, you need to give JEE MAINS exam and apply through JAC counselling. You will get branch according to your rank in JEE mains. I enrolled for ECE AI in this college as it has very great placement opportunities as known since a long time. Also, I had interest in electronics since class 12th.
 

Faculty Rating
Some faculties are very knowledgeable and some don't know anything. The faculties are mostly not interested in teaching anything, they just waste your time in class. You will surely have to face the stress of an engineering teacher who will cooperate in giving notes, but they will never finish the syllabus on time.
 

Placement Rating
Top recruiting companies are Microsoft, Google, etc. The highest salary package offered is Rs. 60 LPA. The average salary package offered is 18 LPA. This year more than 85 companies visited our college. The highest salary package offered was by Google to an ECE student.
 

Hostel Rating
The hostel provides two seater, four seater and six seater rooms. The rooms are too small to accommodate many people but due to shortage of space, this is the case.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Since it's a government engineering college, the infrastructure of the university is pretty good. Classrooms, labs, and library are very decent. Medical facilities are easily available, and for sports, there is a basketball court and the main playground. The canteen is good and prices are very decent.
 

Campus Rating
Life inside campus is not only boring but will be the same all throughout the four years you'll have in the college. To spice things up: You've the dramatics club; you'll get to participate in various college fests (again not the IGDTU campus). You've the dance society equally happening. All in all societies and tech fests will keep you engaged.

    IGDTUW is an all women's university. It is a decent university which accepts B.Tech students through JAC Delhi based on their JEE Mains score. IGDTUW has a good placement rate and the campus is Decent too. Although many improvements are needed. Many teachers are good at teaching their respective subjects. The faculty is fine too.     The overall experience is good. IGDTUW provides a variety of courses such as B.Tech, B.Arch, B.Plan, BBA, MBA, etc. The average and highest packages are increasing every year. 1.2 CPA CTC was the highest international package the previous year. I feel the college will be introduced higher packages if the student is bona fide, skilled and has good communication skills.     IGDTUW is famous for its placement records in the past years. Companies come here specially to recruit women.
