College life in UCER

Overall Rating
United College of Engineering and Research overall college is very good. This is the top college in Prayagraj area and has very good faculty and placement records. I choose this college because of their good reputation of placement and they have very good faculty too.
 

Academics Rating
United College of Engineering and Research Prayagraj is a very good college for engineering students. They offer 8 branches for B.Tech course and all major branches like Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Civil Engineering too. Computer Science branch is very attractive these days because of their placement facilities.
 

Faculty Rating
I was in electrical engineering department and I must say UCER Allahabad management focuses on good quality of the education they are giving. Faculty of this college are knowledgeable and most of them having PhD or pursuing PhD in their respective subjects. In each department you can find more than 5 Phds easily.
 

Placement Rating
About placements I must tell you the hard truth. There is only approximately 10% on campus placement in this type of college. If the batch is of 60 students then you can see only 5-6 students will get an on campus job that are fluency in English aptitude and overall personality.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostel life for an engineering student is always special. United College have common hostel for all their course so the students of B.Tech, BBA, BCA, MBA, MCA, M.Tech all have the same residence during their course. Separate hostel for girls which is very necessary in this area.
 

Infrastructure Rating
United College have good infrastructure in the northern India which I have seen. The main features are their Labs, Classrooms, playing fields, Library and so many more facilities. They have invested much on infrastructure which can be seen easily in their infrastructure. Building design is also very unique.
 

Campus Rating
United College offers professional courses so the campus life is very much happening here. College organizes their own Technical festival and also the outside campus activities are interesting. The area has many restaurants and cafes so you can hand out with friends and enjoy the campus life with them.

    My college is in Prayagraj, Naini. If I talk about academics in my college then it's best because teachers are very sincere and helping in nature. The infrastructure is also good. Fests are less in our college. 75%attendance is mandatory for the examination purpose.     UCER Prayagraj might be correct option if you are from UP and Bihar for your B. Tech. This is the best college as not only give assurance for placement but also helps you to make contacts and connections. This is the only private institution in northern belt, which almost guarantee that you got placement. Here, placement and campus life is much more satisfactory and vibrant.     United College Naini is one the prestigious colleges in Allahabad and is well known for its academics and reputable faculties. It is affiliated with Abdul Kalam Technical University and holds no. 1 position in the whole Allahabad city since a decade.
