I still remember my first day here like it was yesterday. Everyone was excited to be there. The campus is amazing and full of greenery. The buildings were big; I found them big because my previous college had a small building. The university is highly recognized by AICTE.

The admission process was done through B-MAT. A students needs to register first at the university website and follow the guidelines which are easy to understand. Take the test; attend the Group Discussion and the Personal Interview. The college management is very supportive and they have an anti ragging squad, so no student should ever get any kind of a bitter experience. They also demand an anti-ragging affidavit from each student to assure they are clean.

I had joined the MBA HR 2 Years course. Bharati Vidyapeeth MBA Fees is affordable in comparison with other similar institutes in Pune. The Entrance exam is not very tough but definitely checks one's ability and challenges their minds. In order to be eligible for the MBA program, you have to get at least 50% marks in your Graduation from a recognized college. The subjects were good. I did MBA-HR so, I found the subjects quite interesting. The course is divided into 4 semesters. And students need to choose a specialization in the third semester.

The course is updated as per the current trend regularly. They also have a summer internship program. This course gave me a head-start in life. I have worked with some very good companies as an HR and Talent Acquisition Analyst. The college also has summer internship program of 50 days which allows students to experience work culture.

There were about 40 Professors including the Dean. Most of them were PhD holders in their respective domains. The senior teachers have about 30-35 years of experience and the junior teachers at least 15 years. They all are experts and know what and how to deal with the students facing difficulties in understanding. They are approachable all the time and very supportive. They have thorough knowledge of the subject and the teaching techniques are very well refined. This would help every student to choose their specialization course as well.

The Training and Placement cell (TPC) of the college is fierce and works very hard on their students. They assist students during the Placement season with Personality development, OJT and Career guidance. No student would feel out of place under their guidance. The TPC works day and night in figuring out the skills that are required by the students. They invite major companies in the college such as Aditya Birla, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, Axis Bank and some more big companies. Bharati Vidyapeeth MBA Placement for my batch was 60% rest of the students either wanted to pursue PhD. or go abroad for work. A couple of them got a good job in Singapore then but not from College, it was their own efforts. Nevertheless, the college has a good placement cell.

The highest package that was offered to a few was Rs. 14.5 Lacs P.A. and the lowest was Rs. 4 Lacs P.A. The average Package received by my batch student was Rs. 7-8 lacs P.A. The placement process is quite transparent. The first step is to get your Curriculum Vitae screened from the companies that have come to the college. Then they conduct an online assessment, group discussion followed by a personal interview. And if selected, the companies conduct background verification and make the offer. It's done regularly for almost all the colleges.

The Hostel facility is provided for all the students but at extra cost. There is a separate hotel for the girls and the boys. They had 40 rooms each for both. The Hostel fee is expensive, so a lot of students had opted for staying in PG Hostels outside of the campus. The food quality in the college hostel is good. 24 hours security is available and the guards are well behaved and well taught. I feel everyone must experience Hostel life; it really opens up many opportunities to get to know life better.

The college is situated in Erandwane, Pune and offers many facilities like a basketball court, canteen, a post office, an in house bank called Bharati Sahakari Bank Ltd. and ample parking space. The campus has a well equipped computer lab, clean classrooms, a hi-tech seminar hall and an amazing Library which is known as the Knowledge Resource centre with AV facilities as well! It has a different department for the International students also.

The campus was a different experience altogether. Large buildings, big classrooms, new faces. I was a little overwhelmed at first but then I adjusted with my new life. The faculty was supportive, the staff was good and the students were good. I would like to conclude by stating that studying here was an unforgettable experience. It nurtured and taught me the reality of life and how to deal with it.

This college was not to just study for me but to experience a real life outside of my comfort zone. Overall experience was great, met some really nice professors who are still in touch, made amazing friends who still support each other, got an amazing job and now a good life. Of course all this not depend on a college only but surely a good college helps to create and open many opportunities.
