My college review

Overall Rating
I joined this college two years ago. In my college the atmosphere is not good and the entire faculty is not much knowledgeable. They only know the basics of their subject if you want to enjoy then don’t join this college as it is only meant for below average students. Don’t join this to get good placements and job.
 

Academics Rating
Academics are good you can join. It is same like all other colleges and not differentiated. Only change is that the faculties are friendly and some so strict. If you get a rank below five thousand you can join this college and courses.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculties are friendly up to some extend and they will clear your doubts so feel free to ask any query from most of the professor. Some have just post graduated. The teaching style is good and the background is same as every college in B.Tech. You should study yourself as no one will teach you same.
 

Placement Rating
The Placements are okay and good.
 

Hostel Rating
Not good.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Infrastructure is poor. It has old building, old painting, and some pillars are cracked up. The college is in U shape and every branch consists of its own block. The faculty rooms and the other amenities are available. You can explore when you visit the campus for admission or when counseling.
 

Campus Rating
The campus life is enjoyable. In college all you can do is feel every moment as it not come back. Attending classes is the only important thing, but to chill and bunk the classes we have to mange everything and balance out. Clubs are there, but not so good and the main thing is there are fests or events.

    Gayatri Vidya Parishad College of Engineering is an engineering college located in Vizag. It is exactly located in Gandhi Nagar, Madhurwada, and Visakhapatnam. It is one of the top colleges in the state of Andhra Pradesh. Generally, it is referred as Brahmin college.     I am studying in 3rd year ECE. Here we get best faculty for every subject. The experience I have gained in this college is providing good career guidance by the faculty and they provide freedom for exploring new things. Basically, choosing this college is because one of best college after AU engineering college in placements. I have chosen this because there are lots of job opportunities.... Read Full Review

    I am currently studying 3rd year. We should join in this for study only because there are no curricular activities are conducted in this college but here only encourage sports other studies but mainly studies. Here there is fests are not conducted. I'm joined here because this college has good rank compared to other college in our local area and have better placements.... Read Full Review

    I am currently studying 3rd year in this college. If you want the college only for academics, then this is the college for you. Apart of academics, this college does not have any cultural events.     Overall Rating
    Compared to all other EAMCET colleges this college stands in top position in rankings. I got 1577 rank in EAMCET and I chose computer science and engineering couse in this college because of rankings. Overall, this college is good excluding any non-technical activities and cultural fests. Due to recession the placements are decreased but this is the case for every other college too.
