Bennett University Reality

Overall Rating
The university is good overall, but some teachers are not helpful at all the environment is also not very focused on academics encouraging the libraries or study centers are not 24x7, but the snooker tables are 24x7 the rooms are not enough spacious to encourage study. The labs are good for B.Tech students the mess food is also not very good.
 

Academics Rating
The teaching environment or teaching methods do not encourage knowledge, they encourage just to pass exams there are nearly 250 students in a lecture which means no personal attention can be given by the teacher which is because of the lack of teachers and lecture halls to the number of students the libraries are overcrowded there are a great number of students, they do not have any restriction on the number of students taking admissions which affect the study quality because of limited resources.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty tries to teach us but is restricted because of the number of students as they have very limited number of time and in the limited time of the lecture a majority time goes in putting attendance as there is biometric attendance, and very less biometric scanners and scanners are unable to scan in first attempt some teachers never teach they only pass time in class.
 

Placement Rating
I am a first-year student, so I am not in contact with the placement cell as I am seeking knowledge now but yes there is a placement cell.
 

Hostel Rating
There are hostels in our campus, but the rooms are very suffocating, no ventilation is provided. The rooms were designed for twin sharing but due to increase number of students they have converted the same room into triple sharing which is very suffocating.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The building was established in 2016 so infrastructure wise the campus is great; the campus is still under development but the repairs in the building are done within 30 minutes of complaint fire alarms and fire extinguishers are installed on almost every floor of the hostel there is greenery and cleanliness in the campus.
 

Campus Rating
There is much crowd in our college which the accessible resources limited there are clubs and chapter of almost everything there is a different popularity of the tech chapters like IEEE or GDSC almost every event is celebrated here the campus is culturally sound as it is a university, so students of different courses meet each other so there is a decent exposure.

    Bennett University is located in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. It is a university with the brand name of Times Group of India. It has a great campus and mess facilities. It has many global connections and some nice recruiters. Even the faculties are PhD and IIT level. They are very cooperative.
