In the year 2024 Students of Doon University, Dehradun got direct campus placements in top companies like Infosys, TCS, Accenture, ICICI Bank, Cognizant and more.
The Doon University’s career counseling and placement cell organized training sessions and placement drives periodically throughout the year. The placement cell organizes pre-placement sessions, industry-university interactions and workshops, entrepreneurship seminars, placement drives, soft-skills training events, and career counseling conferences. Prof. Harsh Dobhal, of the School of Media and Communication Studies, acts as the coordinator of the placement cell.
He is assisted by a talent pool of personnel who helps him in carrying out the day-to-day activities of the department. Prof Dobhal works in close cooperation with Dr. Reena Singh, Ms. Mala Shikha, Dr. Prachi Pathak, and Mr. Ravi Kumar.
