Government Engineering College Wayanad Reviews on Placement, Faculty, Hostel by Students

The institute is located in one of the best tourist spots in south India. Climate and weather are great. The cost of living is pretty low as well, if you are eligible for the government hostel, that's a benefit as well. Other private hostels are expensive. One of the drawbacks of the college is that it is tough to access. It is not connected by any railway station. The nearest railway station is 44 kilometers away which you have to travel to via mountain pin roads.Read Full Review

I have been continuing my degree for almost a year. I am currently in my second semester. The best attraction of this college is that there is no ragging from seniors and there is very nice climate except for summers. Compared to other colleges, the campus is small but the life in it is the best.Read Full Review

The college is situated in Mananthavady, Wayanad. The location is full of greenery and mountains. There is a good atmosphere for studies and the college has a developing infrastructure. Even though this college is ranked last in government engineering colleges, this college provides good teaching and faculty support.
