Fortunately after missing the cut last time around the University finally landed me a job but in Hyderabad. No problem, at least I had from the campus because some of the students were unlucky again. The placement is decent at MIME as the majority of us got placed. The numbers count as they were relatively lesser. There were some 20 companies and MIME being one of the oldest B School of Jain group the companies have shown faith and the ones that can be seen every year at the campus includes HDFC Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, Deloitte, and Infosys.Read Full Review

This is the one thing where the Jain group has not done well. The course fees were 8 lakhs plus 1.5 lakh hostel fees and the jobs that few of us were offered were in the range of Rs. 4-5 lakhs. Some banking companies, the big 4 and MNC’s like HP, Dell, and Siemens have been the prominent recruiters since the inception of this campus. I am not sure but some 70-80% of students got the placements. The placement cell was active and also took note of students depending upon their skill set. All of this vanished when the companies toured our campus. Students who did specialization in International management were hired by accounting companies and students who did in finance were hired by IT companies. Anyways all done and dusted I am at a place where I always wanted to be.Read Full Review
